I would highly recommend Hannah and Tyler to all my friends and family, they were both very friendly, professional and thorough about the trailer in every way from making sure it was clean, dry inside, all lights worked, hooked up the right way and all safety chains were on good. I was very pleased with Hannah's knowledge! You are very Blessed to have both Hannah and Tyler representing your company!

I read some of the reviews and was a little concerned. However, this was the best location for my needs. I completed the online order and called to verify the equipment was available. They were very friendly and very helpful.

William HNo rental return process. No inspection of returned vehicle and no receipt of vehicle being returned. Was told to put key in lockbox outside. Received phone call from U-Haul two hours later wondering why vehicle not returned. Situation was rectified during this call and received email receipt of return of vehicle on time and in good condition several hours later. Person on phone was extremely helpful.

Timothy HAmazing team! This location truly cares about their customers and goes out of their way to assist. I was picked up by the owner who also owns the Wrecker Service. He came out after hours and left his family to transport my vehicle and I to his location. He was courteous and respectful. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and then took me to dinner before dropping me off at the hotel. He then allowed an employee give me a from my hotel the next morning due to the difficulty Roadside assistance had in obtaining transportation. This was the absolute best customer experience I have ever encountered.

Sharon WI had to drive 30 miles one way to pick up the truck I needed due to lack of supply in Knoxville, TN. Plus this location was not open on Sunday and I was told I would have an extra day of rental. That didn't happen. No cruise control on truck!!!

The owner, Taylor and his wife are very helpful and friendly. They made sure I had the right trailer and they helped me with hooking the trailer up to my truck. I highly recommend, Smokies Storage And RV Parking for all your UHaul truck and trailer needs.
Timothy MThe operator of the location was rude, unhelpful and inconvenienced to help us get the equipment on the scheduled day of pick up. He kept referencing I could have done the pick up all by myself without bothering him... although no one explained the automated process before hand. I even talked to the him the night before (and he was annoyed by that call as it was after closing, yet the other lady in the office advised us to call if we hadn't heard anything about confirming the pick up time). Overall awful place with even worse customer service!
James LMy contract was filled out for me when I arrived. Some junk coverage for 8 dollars a day that I did not ask for was added to my contract. I have insurance on my vehicle that covers trailers so I would never have wanted that. On top of that I was held up at work and was couple hours late getting it back and got charged an extra 35 dollars for "breach of contract". So all in all I was told it would be 74$. It turned out to be 148$. Never again will I rent a uhaul.

Randy CLocation is under construction but was able to drop of the trailer without any issues. Contacted the owner and he worked with us to just drop off the trail. No one was at the location at the time we dropped of the trailer. Looks like it will be a really nice place once the construction has been completed. Great location, easy access.

Tina SThere was no one at the place of delivery. No one answered the phones. Finally I had to leave the trailer parked in front of the office door. Eighteen months ago I rented a 26 'with a large trailer and also had a discussion with the person who picked up the delivery. It was a different place of delivery and the person in charge was totally rude and uneducated. I think they should better select their representatives. PENSKE has a much more professional and correct service.
