This is the second time I have utilized storage space at the Dove Road location and I am very happy once again with using them. Sandy is awesome- she is always super friendly and helpful.

Very overpriced, the letters have fallen off of every building and every unit. You can barely tell which one is yours. The entrance gate is rickety and falling apart at best. The amount of rodent feces found on top of my stuff is more than disturbing, and they ate through a lot of the cloth items in my storage unit. For $135 a month I don't think I should have had to deal with rodents. Definitely not a facility I will be using in the future

A definite "yes" to all questions. Employees with whom we had contact were able to answer any questions and take care of our requests in a friendly, pleasant manner. Our items were stored for four years and,other than one piece just fine when removed.

Solo Storage, and particularly Sandy, were very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to make my payments over the phone easily with a credit card on file. Sandy called me one evening to let me know that i left my storage locker unlocked, and i was able to come lock it up. Over the top customer service!!

I love Sandee. We've had things in storage with her at Dove Rd for several years now on and off. She's been very friendly and helpful with any questions I've ever had. I think we may have finally settled down now. But if we do need storage again I will definitely be back at Solo Storage.

Had this storage unit for 3 years with minimal issues. The only issue i had was there were mice in my stuff but next time i know to take better precautions and lay out poison! Would definitely recommend!

Worst service ever gate is broke open for anyone to come into... very poor customer service if you can get them on the phone. Would not recommend this place to store anything!! Beware!!

Very helpful, friendly staff - Sandy I most often communicated with. Property well maintained and secure, never a problem, or felt unsafe. Appreciated all the help with paying each month over the phone. Will highly recommend others to utilize Solo Storage. Thanx Again!

Covid-19 impacted the ability to reach the office a bit, but they made it work with backup staff.

We had rats in our storage that got into half our belongings. When asked to switch rooms or put insurance on our things we were told no that we couldn't because we chose not to in the beginning.

So far so good. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful and made us feel comfortable leaving items there.

Secure storage area, clean unit, climate controlled. No complaints really. Friendly staff. We did have a rusty locking mechanism on our unit, but admin said it would be replaced.

The service help was good was very helpful and friendly I didn`t end up getting the unit do to fund problems but in the future I would definitely recommend and use solo storage.
