The truck was very clean. Not sure if one is available on site, but a scraper would have been useful as we brought our own.

Next time, tell the customer that the 10' truck uses miles/h on the dashboard. The km/h is there, but the numbers are small and faint. At first, we didn't realize that the large numbers are miles. Without Google map speed detection, we might have gone too fast.
Ada ChanMy helper banged their head on a metal bolt(?), and it was fairly painful. If someone could put a rubber stopper on it, that would be helpful. It was right over the back door in the middle, but more on the passenger side. The people very nice, it's just the access to the office after returning the truck was confusing because my son picked the van up and I returned it.

PAULM CROUCHU-Haul is renting uninspected death traps. Within 20 minutes of being on the road the steering went, then the brakes, then the tire blew, these things don't just suddenly go. Fortunately this happened when we were going slowly turning a corner, otherwise it could have been an absolute catastrophe. Clearly no inspections or maintenance are done on these vehicles. Sat 2,5 hours on side of road with small children, 2 small dogs and hired moving hands for them to send a tire guy to change tire, calibre basically fell off when he removed tire, so he could confirm that it wasn't drivable. Sat for another 2 hours waiting for a tow truck. Another hour to new location. Moving isn't stressful enough without all this crap, what should have been a 2,5 hour move turned into a 8 - 9 hour move. And having to pay 4 times the amount to the people we hired to help lift things as we are seniors. Still waiting to hear back from someone at U-Haul to make this right. Don't walk, run the other way from this company

A little notice would've gone a long way instead of being hung out to dry at game time. Also it's bizarre that there are no straps in the truck for tying things down. Seems like an obvious feature a moving truck would have, and would've been useful and appreciated.

There was also a baseball cap which we put behind the seat. The van and ran pretty good although there was a few clunks in the transmission, so maybe I need some transmission fluid or something
Deborah KampfYou guys charged me for three days even after I returned the uhaul after a day. First they claimed that I never returned the uhaul. When I raised a complaint, they found it within 30mins. But nothing happened. Spend 10-12 hrs with customer support to use uhaul for 7 hours. Worst service of any kind I have ever used in my life. Left multiple voicemails because no one ever answers or returns any call, at any time of the day/week. Still waiting to get my return till tomorrow before I dispute it with my credit card provider. Because you guys are doing borderline illegal stuff.

Brett GoodallAfter booking online and visiting the location (25 Clearview) twice and told both times yes, no problem, that truck will be there ready for us. Arriving Saturday morning with my 2 helpers, no truck, staff phones his boss, no answer, told to drive across town to Speedvale location, get there and told to drive back across town to 199 Victoria. Terrible experience.

boyang liuAlternate option through the online check ins for those without a licence. It's one thing to find a driver for a truck as someone without a licence but I found myself stuck when my truck was full and I couldn't move into my unit I had reserved because personally I don't have a licence to finish my check in so I had to spend double the advertised price of the truck just to extend my time so I could move into my reservation the following day. Ended up costing me like $80 more then it should have I feel.

This not only made our move more difficult but I was still charged for the retal of the furniture dolly even though I was not provided with it.

A better location instruction, a better sign to follow from the rental parking area [at 490 York Road]; The fact that when I went on-line and could not be offered ALL sizes of vehicles was a bit frustrating. However, even with all these factors: the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating.
beverly millerYour vehicle return app should allow users to attach images from there photo collection instead of just restricting use to the camera only. I took a bunch of pics of the vehicle and odometer and left the return site. The app wouldn't let me attach them. Only would accept Live Photos.

Benjamin Cook-Ensure that both doors can be opened from the outside of the vehicle. -Don't add an inexplicable charge of 400 dollars and avoid contact with the customer to resolve. -Don't take reservations for a certain size truck and inform the customer they can't have it the day before -Don't take reservations for one way travel and then inform the customer it must be two ways the day before.
