I didn't catch the name of the lady who helped us, but whoever helped with pick up was awesome. She was very informative and politely answered any questions we had about the move. She really made the process easy for us. Great employee!

Drop off location try to say we put damage on the side of the truck because it didn't get noted prior to leaving and said we were okay as long as we bought insurance if we didn't have insurance she was going to charge us and it was obvious that the damage was previously done didn't like this attitude one bit.

In light of covid-19 I think U-Haul did an excellent job with the u-haul 24/7 app. There were a few glitches but after making several phone calls to U-Haul I was able to get through them. The customer service representatives were very polite and extremely helpful I was able to complete my move in a timely manner

Ok my truck was having issues such as transmission or alternator made my return date late. Made me late to my destination and took much longer then it should have.. This cost me time and money. I am very disappointed on the truck and its maintenance.

The location charged me 8 % tax instead of 6 % with out stating the reason.

The truck I received had a broken windshield wiper blade and it was pouring rain the entire 5 hours I had the truck. While the location was fine the iphone app and digital pickup was a complete cluster. It took me almost 50 mins to get my keys as your tech was all messed up. And the phone support completely stunk and was not helpful at all

Claire did an outstanding job with my reservation, vehicle was ready as promised, clean, ran like a top and for a V8 it shipped the gas. I did go over the original estimated mileage and knew there would be an extra charge, but the girl that checked me in, didn't know how to process this, this was the only fault I could find with location.

Truck should have been washed, windows and mirrors should have been cleaned. Backup light burnt out. Had to repair this myself as the attendant did not know what to do. Vehicles should be gone over a lot better.

The process for picking up the truck on a day when the office is closed was easy and convenient. The truck ran well. The inside of the cab was filthy when we picked it up, but everything else was great.

I thought the employees less than helpful, they wanted me to attach the trailer myself. They let me wait at the gate to get in and out. While writing the contract, they were not very friendly. I have rented in Rockville, Md for years, always a good experience. Princess Anne made me feel like they did not need my business.

I called Salisbury, MD location on 5/24 and booked a 10' truck for pickup at 7:30 am on 5/28. I went to that location and was told that had to pick up truck in Princess Ann and that they did not open until 9 am. I went to that location at 9am and was told that did not have 10' truck but they upgraded me to 15' but were charging me more. I advised that did not like the bait and switch tactics since had confirmation of my rental reservation. The person tried to reach someone but stated that she could not make the change to lower the price and if I wanted to rent the truck then would have to take the higher price. Since I was already behind schedule 3 hours and had moving help waiting on me I felt that I had no choice but to rent the truck otherwise I would have left. I definitely felt that I had been had based on this experience and left a message for the manager yesterday for a return call but never received a return phone call from them. I will be filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau office as well.

U haul rocks ! They are the best. No one likes moving but uhaul company and thier staff members made it easy and almost care free. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Used the truck share 24/7 option online and truck was not assigned when I went to pick up early in the morning. Had to wait for scheduling office to open several hours later until they could resolve the issue. This caused major issues with my move and I was not able to accomplish the entire thing as originally planned. Site personnel were helpful in person and truck was cleaned and operated as it should. So if you are in need during regular business hours this location was great but the 24/7 truck share option did not work and caused a lot of issues.

Don't throw in additional charges after the customer pays and leaves!! I was told I was paid in full, and now I owe 66 $additional dollars, and no explanation of why I owe it? I'm not paying it without a valid reason, and I don't care if it goes to collections. It's pretty screwed up to tell someone they're all paid just to charge them more days later.
