The back tires were very bald. For the first 2 hours after I picked up the moving van, I was stuck in the mud.

Fast check-in and check-out, it is conveniently located off Highway 1 in Capitola. Great service with easy fueling fill-up at drop off.
ROBIN MI have been a loyal customer to this location and have many issues. I had continued to use this location just because of the location. The owner is purposely charging me for the insurance even after I have a waved it when booking via the app as well I'm personally verbally. This has happened on more than one booking. I'm addition, he is dishonest about the gas level. This booking, I returned the truck with less than half gas level, the same as when I got it, and my receipt says it's 3/4 full. This is also not the first time this has occurred. In another incident, he lied and told my friend that we needed to put more gas in the truck upon return. When my friend disputed the gas discrepancy and presented him with a picture of the gas gauge when first checking out, he was aggressively yelled at and told to never come back. The trucks are rarely swept and and I have been charged for a dirty truck even after I've swept it out. This person is dishonest and a poor representative of your company. I will not be using his business again for me personally or for my business.

ROBERT Wstarting fuel level was quite low...the low fuel warning light came on only 6 miles after starting. not knowing exactly how far I'd be traveling (and how much fuel I'd need) made buying gas tricky; with more gas in the tank I could have waited until ready to return.. I recommend starting rentals with (at least) a half tank.

Jesus FI just wanted to say that renting this van was so easy. I picked it up and off I went. It was the perfect size and everything. Only thing folks need to be aware about if backing up. If there things within a certain amount of feet, the emergency brake keeps going automatically. I get the prevention of hitting things while backing up but that was a little ridiculous. That was the only weird thing. If you need UHaul to rent something, please visit this location. Friendly and really easy. Merci.

Chris KNeeded to change to a different truck in the middle of my move, and they did so quickly with no extra charge. Lots of different trucks available at a convenient location.
Allen SThe service man took 30 min to service my rental. He went out and in 4 times to find the trailer with some kind of matching numbers. Finally he said it was done and the trailer is outsite, then asked me to step aside so he can help other. He did not hook up the trailer. I asked him and he wanted me to pay him for hook up. I drove 40 miles to rent this one way rental. I really needed it in time and had to hook up myself. He came out said that was a wrong trailer. I removed and hooked up another one by pulling it 30 feet away with right angle turn. He came out again and took pictures. How come this location does not provide hook up? I had never hook up the trailer and scared dead by hook up by myself with little help from my wife. It was a terrible renting experience on that day.

Susan PLocation was convenient. It is a gas station so no high expectations. One clerk did not really want to attend to the U-Haul stuff. Unloaded by myself. No paperwork check made me nervous about late fees even though it was the night before it was due.
