Helen VeneskyLocation was fine. Vehicle was great. However, I was overcharged on my miles driven by almost 50 %. I double-checked my exact route with Google maps and it totalled 34,1 miles (we'll call it 35). However, I was charged for 66 miles. Not a huge deal, I'm not even going to dispute it being that this was local, but did cost me $17+ in extra charges. I'm also not saying they did this on purpose, but I'm guessing the initial mileage they had was wrong, and I did not double-check their recorded mileage at pickup. (my bad not checking it at pickup, which is why I'm not officially disputing it).
Nick Petersenfriendly, and fast service, I even got upgraded. I had asked for a pickup and was unavailable so had to do a flatbed. When I got there, a pickup was sitting in the parking lot and I was able to get my first choice.
Carolyn GriffinVery friendly and helpful people at my drop off location. It was so easy to drop off too! All I had to do was drive to them, hand them the keys and that was it! No hassle, no waiting for someone, just drop and go. Very easy and quick.

Jeffrie Finen FinenWe rented a 26 foot truck and when we arrived they only had a 20 foot truck . We reserved the 26 foot specially because we were moving an entire home . There were no other 26 foot trucks available. This ended up causing us to spend much more on our movers because we had to take 2 trips instead of one . Not happy

JACQUELINE POTTSDoing business with U Haul is very difficult. Very frustrating. I went to three (3) locations (miles apart) prior to this one, but NO ONE was on site to talk to. No one answers phone either. U Haul would be better served if it did not allow EVERY "fly by night" businessman to rent their equipment. However at this location, Michelle was extrmemly helpful in making sure I got the truck I needed. She made several phone calls to ascertain information for me. I really appreciate her customer service.

Mahmoud Fath El DenSoundworx was great!! They accommodated my reservations when the first location, DA Shop Automotive Paint and Body could not access the guaranteed trailer size because it was blocked in by body shop vehicles. DA Shop is a very poor location. Potholed dirt road to get back to it and could not provided the promised equipment. This location should be removed and the U-Haul license pulled.
