KENNETH RAfter checking in, the rep had me pull back to the trailer. She connected it to my truck. She was asked 3 times "Are you sure it's on right?" She said "Yes, once it's on, it's not coming off." Well a mile down the road, I felt something ram my truck, looked behind me and saw the trailer going backwards, away from my truck. It then proceeded to cross over 5 lanes of traffic, 2 being lanes of oncoming traffic. After honking like crazy to get the attention of the cars heading strait on, it finally stopped on a curb on front of a house. I proceeded to pull in the drive way of that residence. Thankfully, no cars or property were damaged. I called the location back and was told to call the 800 #. Before I could call, a nice man stopped to help. He diverted the oncoming traffic to the next lane. Had me back up and connected me correctly. I was on my way again. About 20 minutes after that, I get a call from another UHaul rep telling me to pull over right now. He reviewed the photos the rep at the store took and the trailer was not put on correctly. Well duh! You're 20 minutes too late buddy. This was a bad situation that could have gone horribly wrong.
CHERILYNN MI felt like I paid WAY too much money based on the quality of the truck I rented. The tire pressure light was on, the ac didn't work properly, the cab doors didn't want to shut all the way unless we slammed the doors, and the back area was NOT CLEAN when I picked it up.

sandra cThe lady running the car wash that "own" this location completely lacks customer service skills by keeping me waiting over 15 mins to pickup while she sat in her car on her phone. Upon my return 2 hours later, she was out running other errands and said she would be back in 5 mins. After 20 mins, I left. I will likely rent for U-Haul again; but, not at this location.
THOMAS HI reserved an appliance dolly over 2 weeks prior to getting the truck to move several freezers and 6 refrigerators but was told that morning that no dolly was available. Not very happy with u-haul or that dealer!!'

GARRETT SWas involved in accident with the trailer being hit. The women at the drop off did not know how to deal with the issue. Tried to call her boss but no answer. Dropped trailer waited till next day call spoke with the owner said she would have area manager call me. No call from area manager
IRA Tgiving a truck with no problems and a fully charged battery with more than 10mi of gas in it
