When I pick up the Auto trailer they did not check the lights or tires. The only thing they checked was how I had it hooked up with the ball hitch and take a photo. Then when I got to my destination to pick up the car and had to open the side where the tires are at on the driver side on the back tire was smooth like it will blowed up or have a flat tire, and the driver side tail light did not work. It caused me to get pulled over and luckily they only gave me a warning to get it fixed. I was not happy with this auto trailer.

The woman I rented through in Cordele was rude and not helpful. I will not use her again ever. The other people I felt with were extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. Except for the woman in Cordele ga. It was an easy deal. Merci

Owner showed up late, field manager actually got there first and helped me….the owner never acknowledged I was even there…….. not happy with that site, will use others after this……

Gross and nasty location. Guy directing us in parking the truck was rude. Had to literally jump out of the truck to avoid muddy puddle.

No one was available during business hours.There was no phone number or contact information to speak to a worker. I returned key into a drop box.

The gas guage showed one quarter of a tank according to owner, but by the time I had driven 20 miles the needle showed empty, so it's hard to believe it really was on one quarter. The following complaint is more about equipment than the pick up location: The door on the drivers side was very difficult to close. I kept slamming it, but as I Headed down I75, I kept having to slam it again and again. Drove the next 20 miles with door open. I had requested a 20 foot truck In Tifton, ga on Friday for the following Monday. It's hard to believe that none were available, but that is what I was told. The closest one available, I was told, was in Ashburn, ga which is 20 miles away. There are 3 U-Haul dealers in Tifton, hard to believe I had to drive 20 miles to pick up rental equipment! Poor service

The overall UHaul experience was horrific. Piss poor communication, lies, and laziness from many UHaul reps.
