We returned our truck after hours in the dark. I had problems finding this place. I had originally signed up for another place and when I got there I signed into my Uhaul account and it sent me elsewhere? Why? The new place did not have signage easy to see in dark. Also got charged for going over my mileage- well you sent me further away so I went over. A simple return turned into a frustrating experience!

I gave up the unit on the 15th day and ask for a refund of half of my money back. They gave me an in store credit to use on my next unit rental, that exspires in 4 months. I don't rent storage units monthly. I felt like this is a rip off. Oh wellI guess they need the money more than I do.

Due to not being able to unlock the lock to get the key from the pickup location which put us behind in moving my mothers things, the u haul employee that came to help, said we could have an extra day WITH NO CHARGE. Well U haul took almost $60 out of my mothers account to cover that "free extra day".
Debbie ParkerWhen I called the local number to try and clarify an issue with my pickup, the only thing the person on the phone could tell me was to call the 1-800 number. When I arrived (before hours because I was doing the online pick up), the lock box containing my rental vehicle key was unsecured; it did not have a lock on it. The experience with this location was very poor. The assistance provided by customer service at the 1-800 number was excellent.
