When I first pulled in the parking lot, I didn't know where the truck was because there was no U-Haul trucks within sight. I had to hunt around the property to find the truck.
Christopher KinnamanArrived to find the uhaul under 4" of snow with totally iced in windshield with non working wipers. Passenger door frozen. Took 45 mins to work on it to be able to drive. Arrived at destination and the locking mechanisms on the back of truck totally frozen also. Took additional 25 mins to attempt to chip away ice.

SOUTHERN MNNo improvement needed! Very happy customer, truck was perfect! Have used these guys in the past, and will continue in the future. My go to guys for sure!
RELIABLE RECOVERYIt would be nice to have someone come and put the trailer on the hitch without having to ask them to do it.
Jay HansonThey never called me to tell truck was ready for pickup and then I called they said I would have to wait until 530 cuz they were picking more trucks allot of frustration finally we able to do 24-7 pickup I was not happy
KATHY BAYNESI had requested a traditional dolly but they were out of them so I had to take an appliance dolly instead. I also had to wait for several minutes for the dolly and blankets before I could leave. They were kind enough to extend my rental to the end of the day due to delays in moving in.
Dan DollEverything was great. I showed up an hour early and Jesse was fantastic with getting me all set up right away. No complaints whatsoever. My truck fit everything I needed, ran great, and didn't cost me nearly as much as I thought it would to fill it back up to the quarter tank they require, which also is a very reasonable request. Overall an excellent experience.
Julia OhlroggeYour trailers don't have jacls(don't know what'd ya do in case of a flat) i recently had back surgery and injured my back lifting it off the ball. Neither employee at this location could help as they were both crippled up. You should have a floor jack and jack stands at every location. I just had surgery in November and have Drs orders not to lift like this. Please contact me concerning this matter
Doug BellI hought it was odd that nobody escorted me to the trailer to help hook it up and make sure the lights work ect. Otherwise it went well.
Joe SuelI booked to pick up 3 miles from house, had to go 15 miles to this location, which cause my overage on milage WHICH you charge me for that- doesn't seem like I should be penalized for your error.

Douglas MartinThe internet was down, which they cannot control. However, they can control how they react to it, especially with several customers waiting. Also, one of the workers brought his child to work. The child occupied a desk, covered in his breakfast, treats, and video games. It felt like I was in someone's living room. Leave the kids at home. If I had not pre paid, I would have left and gone to a different uhaul
Tamara CallawayI was given inaccurate information by someone at that location. This caused me to start me move very late which caused me to need to rent the equipment for a second day, doubling what I should have paid. When I did show up to pick up the equipment, no one was there, I waited for 20 min for someone to open the store. When they finally did, they were less than pleasant to deal with.

ANTHONY LEGOBooking on line was easy. The office person was friendly and helpful. Drop off site was convenient, although the key drop off box was hard to find. So a little confusing. To improve, the drop off instructions could have been provided when I pick up the truck.

Barry HillDon't automatically charge the customer for using the dolly and blankets. Clearly it as still sealed at the end of my rental but I was charged for 2 days of dolly and blankets use anyway. Your rates are very confusing for second day rental, and your mileage charge is supposed to include 70 miles for free . Obviously by looking at my bill that is not what happened. I will not be using uhaul again

I was in for a surprise when I went to pick it up. The person whom I dealt with did remove the insurance. Good rate on rental though,

Craig WestlundCustomer service here was EXCELLENT! Very helpful in answering all my questions about the rental and contract and in helping get the car loaded onto the Dolly. Thank you! The U-Haul website needs to be more user friendly. When I tried to look up my reservation it did not include the type of vehicle I had reserved. The only information my order gave me was the dates I reserved, the pick-up & drop off locations and that was it. I could not find how much it was going to cost nor what type of truck or dolly I had reserved. It just said "vehicles".
