I have zero complaints about the locations but tons of complaints about U Haul in general. You all are a bunch of scam artists. Charging people for two or three day rentals when the only need it for one and not refunding their overpaid monies and then charging additional fees on top of that! It is overall a horrible experience to rent through U Haul. Penske has a much better deal as far as cost is concerned.

john bThe location does make an effort, but the truck was dropped off late the night before and they are not a full service location, so no ability to do maintenance or fully clean and prep vehicles. Because UHaul moved my pick up location the night before my rental, reserved months in advance, I had to drive 30 miles to get the truck and it was not available as early as booked.
