My husband took back the trailer called me said what nice people in a time when most are not nice ty it was fun renting from you god bless
MAYB O.The whole reservation and pick up process was a joke. I made repeated calls prior to pick up for correct equipment. Was assured and assured. Our reservation disappeared. The chat bot was rude, said we already picked up vehicle. Scheduling did try very hard and blaming them for everything was a cop-out and wrong of "customer service ". We finally started over on-site to reserve and take a truck. During that process, a dealer from Jamestown came, took our original, now missing reservation (20' truck and a few more with him) he said he had transfer vouchers and too bad about the 20'er but talked me thru the process the 26' footer. His dedication to his customers was insulting to me but good for his renters. It cost us 2 hours of time, making us late to our loading crew, late to our unloading crew and completely screwing up our move. We had to change the route home, meaning the hell of NYS Thruway tolls will be coming soon. (Our last toll exp w Uhaul cost us 3x the ligit tolls and "showed" their truck did 150mph on the the Tway.) I have had my license for decades inc cdl. Have been the only driver in our group to handle the bigger trucks. Having to wait almost 30 minutes for my license to be validated by bots was an insult. The pics loaded by the previous driver didn't show the significant damage to the truck. Always check. Always. We left it with twice the gas we got it and that will go unnoticed. Just like all the lighters under the seats. No smoking trucks shouldn't have multiple lighters under the seat. AND... did the last renter haul carrion in the back? We opened the door and were met with the stench of death. Lysol made it barely packable. I will go out of my way to recommend no one use Uhaul after this.
Sue I.Improve your key access box for truck share. Its unacceptable to spend 30+ minutes attempting to gain access to the key then being told i need to take a different truck. There is absolutely no reason that I had to contact customer service multiple times to complete my pickup. Also, require your dealers to maintain a clean and open area, truck was backed over an old burn barrel in the parking lot by prior renter.

Pitt P.From start to finish we had problems. I called to book and they told me since the location was going to be closed we needed to book online. So I did. After booking and them taking the deposit they called to tell me a tell me the truck i paid for wasn't available. Well then why did it allow me to book It? So the rep set us up with a truck 30 minutes from our house instead of the location 5 minutes away. We had a horrible time with the Mobile pick up. We are in our 30s and would consider ourselves tech savvy. You locked us out of the account upon arrival and log in to try to start pick up. Had to wait on hold to get a customer service agent. After an hour of issues we finally had the truck and left. The truck was basically on empty. Our appliance dolly was not inside the vehicle and the location wasn't open. When we called to tell them we needed refunded for the dolly since it wasn't in there i was told by the rep to drive 45 mins to a location that was open to pick it up. No, we were already out an hour of moving time and our help was waiting around for us. Absolute nightmare from start to finish.

esteban P.The location was fine. That wasn't an issue at all. The check in process after hours via the app was an absolute disaster and extremely frustrating. The check in process took almost an hour and two phone calls to customer service, the second of which, I was hung up on by the customer service rep. I honestly could not be more dissatisfied with my uhaul experience.

Donald M.Rental location was very friendly and had several trucks to choose from. The truck however had one major flaw. The “mom's attic†space in the box leaked water. Not sure where it was seeping in, but after a half hour of driving in rain the entire upper floor surface of the box was soaked and it eventually dripped down to the main floor of the box. Cardboard and water…. Not a good combo.

DOUG C.This was not the location that I picked when I booked online. Was called the day before to pick up the trailer at a different location that was 30 minutes away. Went to pick up the trailer and was told that they do not have the dolly or the blankets. Told them that was a problem and they told me I had to take it up with U Haul! Asked if they could find out if the original pick up point had the dolly and blankets and was told that would be up to me. Not very satisfied, had to go to the original pick up location. Got our blankets but no dolly. My question is why even bother arranging online if what you need is not going to be there? Took more of my time and gas to drive and not get what I had arranged to pick up!

Upon finishing and filling the tank, there was a leak and could not fill it resulting in more delays, complications and expense. Also, given the runaround regarding sizes at local locations to begin with. This location was fine, just not happy with the entire process.

Raymond G.Your web-site is not the easiest to navigate, or to change things like dates for use, etc. I had to call a couple times to try to make changes, and even the service reps had trouble making the change to the "return date". Everything else was easy squeezy. Worked great.
