clark wlocation didn’t have the furniture pads I requested online and also had me down as having a dolly which i didn’t need also the truck and trailer I had wasn’t ready when I got there and had to run around and get it all hooked up also the truck floor was covered in mud when I picked it up

Kayden HThis was where we dropped off our rental and the gentleman that was there was amazing. He was alone and very attentive to speed but being thorough so nothing was missed. He communicated with everyone that arrived what he was doing and asked if we wanted to wait to return or jhe could call us( he had customers) he was so busy but he communicated so well that we never felt over looked or unappreciated. He was fantastic!

Diana TI'm very passed off that I was told that I would get my security deposit back when I brought it to the depot but was told that they don't give cash back and couldn't return by debit card. Now I was told I'd have to wait 2 weeks to get a cheque from head office. This isn't very cool with me.

Barry CMike was great. Trailer was dirty on outside but given the recent weather was understandable. He was helpful yard needed plowing and the showroom looked like a yard sale but i mean no problems when it came down to it

I have rented from that location previously and am impressed with his great interpersonal skills and his thorough orientation to the equipment not taking for granted that I had rented similar equipment from him before recognizing safety first for the customer and proper care of the unit being rented. Wesley SI had originally booked a 15' truck from cooper roofing and was told I could pick it up on Friday 29th September and return Sunday October 1. When I looked at reservation on app it said I had the truck for 6 hours not 2 days! The attendant at riverside location was extremely rude. I called dispatch because I absolutely needed the vehicle for 2 days and arranged for a 5x8 trailer for the 2 days to be picked up at Gasoline alley. Mike was extremely helpful and great to deal with. The rest of the experience was a nightmare.

Mike HThis location is awesome! The owner really cares and sets you up for success. I have never had issues with my reservation, he always gives you a card to contact him after hours if there is a problem but he tries to explain everything you need to know beforehand has checked to make sure rear view mirror are placed right. Just a great guy who believes in customer service! Best UHaul for customer service in all of Red Deer! Beware that means there is sometimes a lineup (especially at opening for the first hour) so come prepared to do the online checking on your phone to go a bit faster. He will still take a moment to check with you.

Lorne TThe only way to pay is with credit card, that's dumb. They give no prices over the phone. My entire booking was 110 % wrong, I got the wrong van size, and wrong location, it costed me more than it should, because this was horrible. I will never ever use uhaul ever again, and I will encourage everyone I know to never use it. Horrible just horrible
