Nothing but issues! Truck was not in very good mechanical shape. Jolted, stuttered, misfired, steering wheel was way off. Passenger seatbelt didn't work. Messaged customer service, they didn't help at all. Would not recommend uhaul.
Jerad SCouldn't get enough internet for our check in. ORIGINAL address we were told to drop off said Hindsville, never located lot. Dropped it off Huntsville. Uhaul said they would charge extra if we didn't drop off where we were Told us to drop. Very aggravating while moving.

Jared SNewer truck. This truck had over 70k miles & it showed & rode like an old well used one. The cab was really noisy as well.

DAVID SHe arrived late & then wanted to fix his breakfast. Insisted on measuring the trailer to make sure our item would fit. Totally unnecessary! Then he started the rental papers. Total check out time was 45 minutes. We were late getting to our pickup. Very unhappy.

Johnny WSteve was just AMAZING. He helped us with every problem that came up. Anytime we had a problem we called Steve. We had problems picking up on Auto transport and Steve helped us. I can not stress enough how much he made this experience for us. Everyone we ihave called at Uhaul has been awesome as well. Thank you so much for helping us. We had originally booked the Auto Transport and the 26 ft truck through Budget. They all of sudden didn't have our truck and did nothing but run us around. We called and asked if you would price match and you did. If it weren't for you we wouldn't be able to bring our disabled mother back home to Colorado.

MIKE CDropped truck off on a Sunday. Could not contact dealer even after several phone calls. Truck was returned prior to 48 hour limit and was later charged a cleaning charge on credit card.

Christena RThe man who helped me out was very rude to me. Didn't seem like he wanted to help me out at all, and was in a extream rush to get me in and out ( not in a good way). Also he messed up by not charging me correctly and not completing the online paperwork correclty. Overall a very bad experience and I highly recommend choosing another location.
jonah trented a truck with a flat tire. when I returned to location within 5 minutes, manager was gone. when called him on cell he told me to call roadside assistance, there was nothing else he could do. 2 1/2 hours later roadside assistance arrived. cost me more to pay for my movers. After filing a complaint I was charged a second time for the rental. please note that calls to the office phone are not answered and message left are ignored and not returned. employee will tell you he has other things to do instead of helping you. if you call to complain he will hang up on you.

WILLIAM CI rented an appliance dolly to move the washer and dryer. Wasn't able to use it because truck HAD NO RAMP! Please refund that portion of my rental.

tom mThe owner was rude. We went to the place to rent a storage from the place . The owner told us that this was the place to return the uhaul. I get charged more money because of the wrong drop off location and we only dropped it off there because the owner told us that he was expecting us . If I had known this was the wrong place I would not have dropped it off there! The drop off place was rude and not helpful! I am coming from out of state and he was not helpful in answering my questions .
ANDREA AThere where no tie downs in the uhaul. When asked about it. The person who was running the place said he didn't know he was suppose to put them in there.
PEGGY TTruck interior smelled horribly of cigarette smoke! I would go out of the way to avoid dealing with agent at this location.

James WThe staff was not working on delivery day. I am sure they would have been friendly and helpful. The drop off for the key was clearly marked, but my husband missed it and put it in the mail slot... Clearly the staff figure out the mistake and did not chastise.
