Mele MillerMy card was overcharged, more than what the amount was when i made the reservation. I have tried severally to reach this location. I was not given a printed receipt and the person that attended to me does not really know what he is doing. I need my refund and my receipt. My total charge was $857 excluding tax. My card was charged $999. please I need someone to give me a call immediately. This is very disappointing and unethical.

RAM DASI confirmed my pickup time on line and when I arrived the business was locked up. I called the number on their sign and got voicemail, and then called 1-800-gouhaul, they tried calling him, and gave me his cell phone # which I tried calling but also got voicemail. An hour later they finally got him, and he said he had to go run an errand.
TINA CLARKThe truck was filthy. It ran fine. My contract said it was full of gas, but when I filled it up the first time the needle went much higher, so it actually wasn't full when I rented it. Not really impressed with the operation overall. I requested a pickup of ALL equipment at the Virginia Ave. location. I was very annoyed at having to do two separate pickup locations to get the truck and trailer. Moving is a very stressful time and this did not help. Your company needs to do a better job at getting the equipment where it needs to be. I've always rented from you because you've always made it easy. This time it was NOT easy. I will consider that next time I rent.

Joshua Olguinthe folks are pleasant and the truck was fine, but when i went back, the trailer they rented me had a broken back door. when opened, it went way up into the roof and we had a very hard time getting it down and closed. had my strong friend not been with me, i couldn't have done it myself. obviously, they had not inspected it before renting.

The wait to get help via phone was quite long but once I was connected to personnel the experience was quite good--the gentleman that helped me was very good--called back to make sure the repair person had arrived and completed the job.
LOUANN SITESWaited 30+ minutes while rep on personal call, then he did not know how to complete the reservation-complaining. Had a front tire blow out in a large truck towing a car at 65mph, could have died! Poor maintenance, not aligned (per mechanic), truck vibrated, ate gas ($1 100 worth!!!), uneven tire wear, metal showing. Waited 3 hours in pitch black (1:00am w/fog) for Uhaul to send mechanic. 800# told me to drive the truck on the rim! It was like driving on ice. He should have maintenanced a vehicle driving across country!
