Patiently dealt with the confusion of the equipment not matching the contract.
kim hDon't lie to them and quote a price and then double it when the customer is picking up equipment. Go over with the customer any changes that might occur in pricing ahead of time.

JOHN HQuick and easy check-in and good communication via the Uhaul website once the reservation made. Sure helps make moving in the winter a tiny bit easier. Will be using this location for another truck in a month.

michael rThe inside of the cab was a little dirty. There was a children's gum type roll up dispenser still in there. A little piece of tree in the cup holder. And it looked like some spilt soda maybe. But overall a great experience. The guy that helped me when I came to get the uhaul and drop it off (same guy) was very nice and personable. Would recommend.
Dustin HIt took a while to get my trailer. Store got very busy when I was getting paperwork for the trailer done.
Ronald TWe were accused of damaging the roof of tru k and we only went local from our driveway to a parking lot to m9ve daughter into apartment. No possible way we did this. We 9nly had it like 2 hours paid a lot of money only to be accused of damage we did not possibly do. I had taken insurance because I am a responsible adult but do not want to take responsibility for something we didn't do and they failed to see from previous renter

Mike HUhaul directed me to return this trailer to 3 different locations through out the rental period. It just made it a little time consuming when I picked the 2nd one instead of the 3rd one.

terry fWhen someone comes in to rent something without a reservation, they should be told that if someone comes in with a reservation, we will have to put yours on hold until we help the man with a reservation. We waited over1/2 hour for help with a reservation.

MARK FTell the staff not to be so snappy and rudd. We were having a rough week. It was cold !! we only had a half a day help so it took us longer then we expected. One of has arthritis and a bad knee. One of us has a hernia and a static nerve that likes to kick in and asthma. Were in our 60s. We were stressed and hurting. My husband had a heart attack 2 years ago. We can't move as fast as we use too. And when we called to get more time he snapped at me. And he snapped at me 2 days later. Were renting it were paying for it why was he so much in a hurry to get it back. Were paying customers. There rudd there. I will recommend uhaul but not those guys. I will find some where else when our house is ready.

Heidi WThis location rented a dirty vehicle and had no problem with it, but I was charged for it when I turned the vehicle in. I was told it has crumbs in it and was charged for crumbs.

JAMES DI would like the equipment to be at the location I rented it from. I don't feel that chasing the equipment is great customer service.
Chris FGuys were extremely helpful in assisting with our return. Uhaul wanted us to deliver the vehicle an hour out of our way from our original drop off point. and the Sparta hardware team was helpful in assisting us redirecting our return
