Truck interior and ramp were muddy. I had to do the complete online check in. To confirm the gas level I had to put in FULL. I assumed the last user would be required to fill it. When I was done I filled it and ended up putting in way too much gas. Procedure should be to bring it back full. It's impossible to know how much gas to put in to hit a certain fill level. I ended up putting $20-30 too much gas.

We dropped off after hours and did not actually interact with anyone. It was a very easy drop off though!

It could have been moved prior to picking it up to make it easier to hitch. Aside from all of this, the woman in the office was very pleasant.

KENTON GTrain your customer service personnel to better serve the customers. DO NOT give the rental vehicle key to the two year old that is running around the building so that you know where the key is when the customer picks the vehicle up. Clean the vehicles after returning. Ensure the mileage is correct when the customer picks up the rental and DO NOT LIE to the customers!!!

SUZANNE LIt was a bit rude how the female staff acted like I was just supposed to leave the trailer on a Sunday when this location is closed, although I paid with the impression there was always assistance with attaching and detaching the trailer. Staff need to be ready to help !!!
BRITTANY Fthe appliance dolly i ordered on line was unavailable contract said there was 3/4 tank of gas there was only 1/4 of a tank so the contract had to be amended it cost me 104 to fill the tank i would never recommend this location to anyone

DUSTIN RThe store was closed. It appears to be a secondary business at this location. I tried to use the Uhaul app to drop off when the business is closed, but it would not verify my location. I tried twice to have the program locate me but had no success. I dropped my receipt in the KEY BOX. Frustrating
RON FKennedy was incredibly helpful! We arrived prior to our 9:00 am pick up only to find the employee who was supposed to coordinate the use of the truck and keys had not done so. Kennedy came in on her day off to remediate the situation!

James MWe requested this van about 3 weeks before our move. There is a UH location 2 miles from our house. We had to travel 30-40 miles to get the van. Perplexing to say the least. The UH rep at the pickup station was fantastic, however.

Tim GMy reservation was for 9am but I didn't arrive until 940 and the location was temporarily closed until 1030 which was an excessive wait time. The location said they enrolled me in "24/7" but when I followed the directions on the U-Haul , I never received the code to unlock the key. I'm not sure if this is the U-Haul app's fault. The location was very helpful and tried to make the vehicle available when they were not there. I would just call prior to pickup as it's a small location.
Charles FBy far the best location I've been too for a drop off and by far the most helpful people I have ever felt with when it comes to uhaul. Highly recommend them as a pickup and drop off location. There is a 100 % chance I will use them again in the future.

Marquis SThis owner was terrible, never again. Went 60 miles, filled up the tank, then he charged me for 9 gallons saying I never filled it up. Even if you do the math of 10 mpg, thats 6 gallons. This owner obviously thinks people are lacking intelligence. Definitely cannot trust this place. I also brought this to the attention of customer service and they just said take it up with the owner. I rented through Uhaul and paid you, you take care of it.

Ask them FIRST, and all uhaul rental places always walk out to the rental with the customer, they did not do that at this location or she probably would've known that there was something wrong with the tire, and the mileage wasn't correct

Daniel CThey didn't walk through the drop off. They also claimed I turned the vehicle in with a low fuel level which was completely inaccurate. The truck was return with more gas than the contract required. I learned to protect myself every step of the way. The Uhaul company is not looking out for their customers well being.
Chatham MHad to call 1800 number as texted code for lock was bad. They had me open all locks to find no keys. Finally found key in cargo area of truck. Truck smelled like a cannabis store.
