When I’m told I can drop off a box truck at a specific location and I drive to that location, the location I set up with the reservation, then I revive a call from Uhaul telling me that location is full and then next available location is over 30 miles away, that is not acceptable to me. Then I’m told if I don’t drive to truck to another location other than the drop off I booked, I will have to pay a daily rate until I do return the truck to another location other than what we agreed to, that’s not ok by me either. Last time I use uhaul over a year ago the return location asked me got my contract. I could not find it but I remembered the price I was to be charged. They said that amount is incorrect you owe us $600. Then I found the contract and showed the thief uhaul guy and he gets nervous and says sorry we made a mistake, you are right you will be charged the lesser amount. I feel as if Uhaul is a un reputable company. And I told the guy in Taft that rented me the truck that I have had trouble with Uhaul before and to tell me everything about the trip from Taft Ca. To Borrego springs Ca so I don’t have any surprises. I almost had a nervous break down when Uhaul called me today as I feel extorted. I had to call corporate number to straighten things out and they did after much unneeded grief for me. What is wrong with your company . How many other people do you give the run around to? I got the run around from you guys the last two times I rented from you. I’m very very , very upset and non of this sits well with me. I want compensation for my grief.

We were given a new closed trailer which was great but I’d did have a nail in the tire and uhaul had to come to our house to fix it fortunately there was no damage to the tire and we made it to our destination no problems

Have some compassion instead of just handing the keys over actually do your job and do a pre-check with your costumers. Make sure they r familiar with the vehicle. Safety first. This location just seems like it’s a hassle for them to do there U-Haul job it’s also a cig store. Overall bad experience

The people were rude. I had a 9:30am reservation. No one was there to waiton me. Car dolley was there. But i had to wait until after 11:30am to get dolley. And owners didn't want to see my reservation number. Also they were extremely rude to me and my brother who is disabled. And wiring harness wasn't uptodate either. I will not use that shop ever again. They are very rude people.

The lady was rude and not willing to help out. She was just lazy. I had reservations on a Dolly, hand dolly all she wanted to say was no reservation, no dolly and there 6 setting right there in plan sight. I would not go back unless forced too.

The woman was rude. She took the keys out of my hand, telling me very rudely that I need paperwork. I told her I rented the u-haul truck through the app. She had no idea what this was, telling me rudely that I was wrong.
