Robert MThe gentleman here was amazing. Both times I've used this location it's been a great experience. I have an injured wrist and even in -20 temps he helped hook up the trailer as he could see I was struggling. He is a great and I would highly recommend.
James SNot happy. Will never use again. First off all it was way too expensive. It cost me $137 plus gas. Waaay too expensive. I payed for an utility dolly and it wasn't even in the truck. The truck didn't even have a pull out ramp like it is supposed to and we was moving a washer. I won't use again!

Imad BHas nothing to so with locations, but in regards to dropping off with nobody there: the furniture blankets that are supposed to be returned get left unsecured because no lock is provided. Same thing if I was renting a dolly. Also, I couldn't find where to extend the rental on the website, and the call wait times were at some times over an hour.

LORI MDo not do not rent from this facility. Try your best to find somewhere else. The location changed my order around and left me waiting outside for 45mins. Guy asked intrusive questions when I was suppose to have a no contact delivery, never would have even met this guy so no idea why I needed to give him any extra info that uhaul did not ask for or any info that I had already given uhaul. I had registered for insurance from the uhaul site prior as well and given a quoted price. The price he gave me was $5 higher and the contract he had given me listed as not having insurance as well. Went to record around the vehicle as I noticed some damaged that were not documented as he told me I didnt need to do that. All the more reason for me to do so. Try any other place than this place, did not feel safe, basic safety precautions for these times weren't even taken. If you need to drive a little further for somewhere else, I highly suggest to do so.

Richard BI was told I couldn't pick up the truck until 10:30 because that is when the location opened. I waited 45 minutes in the parking lot until 10:30 only to be told that they open at 9am and I could have picked it up then.
Amy YThe entire process went very smoothly. The price was fair and returning the equipment was seamless. We just used it for a local move so we picked up and dropped off at the same location. Will definitely use again.
Matthew HAt this location the personnel needs some training in customer relations. I returned a 26' unit, after the personnel returned from the unit inspection he said that he had a clear picture of the unit and after the inspection he said that there was a scrape on the driver side of the unit. I told him that there was no scrape on the driver side but that there was one on the passenger side which was there when I picked the unit up. After leaving the facility I noticed there was another 26' unit parked in front of the the unit that I returned that had a scrape on the driver side. I feel that he was trying for me to pay for someones else damage. We had a 5 day return on the unit but we was 3 days late due to the bad weather. The penalty for a day late was $40 dollars per day At 3 days late $120.00. Since that we paid in cash there was a $100 deposit. At first the personnel said that we owed u-haul $160 Then we explained to him that we had a $100 deposit which would go to the late delivery fee, we tried to explain to him that we only owed $20 but insisted the we pay $60.00. To avoid any more of a issue we paid him the extra $40.00. My recommendation for anyone to rent a unit from u-haul is to take pictures of the unit before leaving the rental facility.
Cindy YThere only issue that I had was it was an hour away, so I lost 2 hours of very valuable time. The back of the van was clean, there was a bag full of trash behind the seat that I threw away.
Shane YI was shorted 12 pads and was charged for the 24 pads. When I returned the Uhaul in Pensacola, FL I was charged $12,9 for not returning all 24 pads, however I was only given 12 initially. So I charged erroneously for 24 then charged again for not returning all 24.
