I had requested a dozen moving pads on initial order. They were never in the truck and I never received them. Yet you show on the invoice I requested 18 and that you gave me 18. This is incorrect and needs to be adjusted/credited. Also, the truck was very dirty inside cab and the storage area. Before loading my things I had to full sweep and clean what every burned charcoal/fireplace ashes were on the floor or my furniture could have been stained. You do have a large sticker that states a $25 cleaning fee. I hope you charged the last driver. Windows were very dirty and film on inside making it hard to see. Seal around passenger door was laying on the seat. Apparently it fell off.

At drop off time the employee was a prick and told me I have to bring the dolly in to him I said I'm not going to do that because it says otherwise on the website. He told me He would not except my return I told him F off and left the truck anyway took pictures of truck and equipment.

Vehicle could have be maintained some-more well . But this location is a time saver and really helped me to get vehicle on busy weekend .

First off, we had a 9 AM reservation. The representative arrived late. The van we rented was broken, We started it, the low oil pressure light came on, and the van died about 1/4 mile from where we picked it up. We called for assistance and were give a 1 800 Go UHAUL number to call for help. We never got through. Fortunately a police officer arrived and pushed us to a safe place. We returned and substituted a truck for the broken van. The tire pressure lights came on. The tires were fine, but why did the light come on? I was told that this light tends to pop on with this particular truck, but why wasn't I told in advance? I will rent with Penske in the future.

Neighborhood uhauls need to understand the app verification policy. They caused a lot of delays because they required duplicate information to the app. He was very confused about my reservation.

I received the U-Haul dirty and then I was charged for cleaning it. I already put in my initial report it was dirty. I shouldn't be charged a cleaning fee for someone else's mess!!!

Check in process was a bit confusing, especially getting the additional items that I'd rented, like the moving cart. Our Uhaul truck was missing the furniture pads it was supposed to come with, so I had to rush to home depot and buy some before my moving helpers arrived.

Checked in online and it still took 20 minutes at the gas station. The truck was filthy. I might not have been cleaned in a year. There was soda everywhere. So sticky. Truck drove fine. No mechanical issues.

I did online check in when i got there it said to get key on counter. i came in the guy made me wait then helped other customers waited 20 min then he asked for my ID handled that and then gave me the key. The truck had less then 1/2 tank of gas hasd to fill it up. not what website says and what i expected

When they gave the agreement they gave the mileage wrong, specifically told them it has to be updated. They said they'll update, but they never did. I drove for about 20 miles from 79598 to 59618, but in the receipt it's still coming as starting at 79575. looks like they're misusing the returned vehicles for their own purposes. Should've gone to a proper uhaul location instead of this place. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone at all. I always had excellent experience with uhaul but this location is shady and spoiled uhaul reputation for me

The guy at the counter was great. Took my info, already had truck info written down before I got there, I was in and out in 15 min. Will be renting again in two weeks from same location!

Terrible experience with this location. I made a mistake regarding my contract for the trailer and was told specifically by the distributor that they would be able to work with me to help me in my situation. He gave me his personal number to contact him, and then ignored my calls over the next 24 hours. I had to cut my rental short and then re-rent a different trailer through an official location. And on top of that, I spoke with Customer Support for their help too. After being on hold for 45 minutes (which I understand), I dealt with an agent who was clearly very annoyed and had no intention of helping me at all. Overall terrible experience. If it wasn't for a significant NEED of using the platform, I don't believe I'll be using Uhaul ever again

Easy freeway access, no issues

The only reason why I'm providing a lower rating for this location is because it was an hour drive away from our home. We spent a couple hours having to drive there and back. We did appreciate Dave giving us an extra 100 miles for the truck, to ensure that we wouldn't exceed the mileage limitation.

I reached this location at 2 pm and started Mobile checkin and finished checkin in 10 minutes. As per the instruction I went to counter to get the key and I was told by gas station employee has gone on lunch and will be back at 3 pm. Then I chatted with u haul employee Samantha . She was very rude and told me that she can't do anything about that and told me to go to another u haul center to get different truck or call the scheduling manager . I was really disappointed and still waiting for the employee to come. The employee came at 2,45 and he asked for my credit card and I'd again even though I told him I finished mobile checkin. He said still I need bcos computer says not paid. Any way gave him the credit card again then he said ok it's paid and gave me the key. The employee was not wearing the mask also. Vehicle was clean but ac was not working. I feel my experience with u haul was very unpleasant .

The truck smelled of smoke and clearly hadn't been cleaned before I got it. There's was empty bottles, chips, and debris. The truck worked well though. The counter help was inviting and helpful

This location is a fuel station and was only staffed with 1 employee. The employee could not leave the register unattended to assist me with unhooking my 6'x12' trailer or carrying the packing blankets from the trailer into his location. For this reason, the location should not be allowed to send/receive uhaul equipment unless staffed by a minimum of 2 people. And I did call before bringing the trailer, as is requested in the co tract, and I was told to bring the trailer.

I had a reservation for Friday at 3:00 and I was running late, they called and said they closed at 4:00 and wouldn't wait so I had to change reservation to Sat morning. When I picked the trailer up they were actually open till 5:30 and the guy said they haven't changed the time on the website for years..(update your website)

"Dave" was the only person authorized to sign out the truck, but took a 60 minute lunch break after we got there. He was standing there when we were approached the counter but quickly ducked out, forcing us to wait. Also, this wasn't the facility we reserved from. This was in is a completely different town from where we reserved. Between this and Dave's lunch break, we spent 4 hours to pick up a van. Not acceptable.

Have wheel chocks or wood blocks ready for customers who wish to bring back trailer after hours the area to drop off trailer is a dirt incline could be dangerous spent time looking for rocks to keep trailer from rolling level ground would be great

There was trash in the back of the truck which I had to take care of. They did not have a dolly or furniture pads which I had requested wiwitwiwith my original reservation. I had to go to my original location to rent a dolly and furniture pads after I went to this one to pick up the truck. I understand that logistics can cause changes in the reservation location but it's frustrating when you have to go to two different locations to fulfill your original reservation.

I reserved a truck and appliance dolly online- they did not have the appliance dolly so I had to go to another location. I returned the truck and have a receipt of payment but I was charged on my card and I can't get the situation resolved! Very unhappy

This gas station is not a UHaul store it's an authorized dealer. So the people are not much help. I prefer to rent directly with UHaul so I get the service that I need. When we returned the trailer we had to unhook the trailer ourselves and make the trailer was put back. That's should be UHaul doing this.

I waited for 40 minutes for the man to acknowledge me, he told me to wait while he sprayed down the fuel pumps. After paperwork was settled, he told me to wait by the Trailer then he started to help the next customer. I explained to him I was on my lunch break and I needed to go! I was already waiting around for 40-50 minutes. I already pre checked in online. Never going to go to this place again!

I got 2 different pick-up locations, one after I booked and paid for my preferred location...then the one I get in the email later on...which it doesn't bother to notify you that it's different! Also the trailer that I booked is not even possible! Therefore, that my reservation and or booking may have been not even possible, and to find this out on the morning of my move! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Seems to have part time staff for UHaul. Did not complete the checklist to check existing damage, did not even walk to the vehicle and no one was available to properly process the return of the vehicle while returning the vehicle. I was asked to leave the car keys, write down phone number and email on a sticky note and someone would come next day and process the return. This caused significant anxiety.

The computers weren't working when I got there and the the system was declining both my card and cash payment. Also the truck had a pair of socks and underware in the back. Then when returning the truck I had issues with the odometer not showing the correct miles. Overall wasn't a good experience.

I reserved my equipment well in advance of my move and was guaranteed my equipment at 7 a.m. but the equipment wasn't ready. I had to travel 37 miles to get the next available truck which was guaranteed for 8 am. I drove there but the u haul clerk was not there. I had to make some phone calls to get someone there. Someone finally came around 9am but not all the equipment was available. I had to drive to yet another location to get the last of the equipment. This kind of service is uncalled for and very stressful as I had movers lined up to load and unload and I needed to be out of my apartment on that day.

The windows were filthy full of dust and bird droppings. No fluid in the reservoir to clean them either. Truck was infested with ants and had a stinky odor inside the cab. The truck shook terribly on the freeway. I had to empty the debris out of the back before leaving the location. Definitely not to the U-Haul standards that I have experienced in the past. The experience wasn't worth the price I paid.

Realize that I picked up in Livermore, but was requesting it from San jose. Thus, add an extra 100 miles to my rental. Luckily, the man that helped me there was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful with this problem.
