Agent told me I could go one way and then I wzs charged for dropping truck off at uhaul shell station in Richmondhill GA

Place was okay but person kept taking care of other customers and had to wait 25-30 minutes that ate into 4 hour rental. Besides that the truck was dirty and my driver had to clean it out before leaving.
