I did get a flat on the trailer. It took 90 minutes is all for roadside to fix the issue. Impressively fast for the situation.
Brad AIt took over two hours to get the rental truck in once we picked it up and drove to the side where we were loading the vehicle as we opened up the door. It was dirty and slippery inside with repair panels to the floor that were lifted and bent up, which made it difficult to walk over and put things on, once loaded heading to our destination there was a leak in the cargo van, which got some items wet

We have used Squeeky's U-haul in Kootenai, Id., for 7 years and the crew at Squeeky's go above and beyond to accommodate our needs, every time. The entire crew is amazing and I thank them. I particularly want to let Dustin know he is very much appreciated. He has helped us out of many situations and emergencies and is truly an asset to your company, as is the rest of the crew. Jeff BNo defined parking or traffic flow. I parked on the street and went inside to let them know I was dropping off a trailer. I was told to meet the same clerk outside. He told me to pull in and park the trailer on the grass. As I started to maneuver to enter the lot, another individual with a trailer pulled into the driveway, blocking my path. I adjusted and drove onto the grass between a powering pole and a dumpster while straddling what appeared to be a manhole or access panel.

PETE BI was unaware that they were not open on Saturday's which was my pickup day. I have rented from them before and they were open. The customer service was great when I called, but a heads up that I could only do the pickup via online would have been appreciated.

michael fMake sure to explain how billing and payments work. I had a great experience with these employees but I was dumbfounded when I found out how uhaul does their billing and transactions. It was not explained locally or over the phone when reservations were extended. Older truck I rented was poorly maintained

DANIELE MOverpriced over what was quoted with no explanation given. The van didn't make it a mile before the check engine light came on. Called the uhaul number and was told to just keep driving it, loaded our first load on hot 97 degree day and then the ac went out. If you charge a big price, I should get the quality!
Todd JEquipment itself was clean but we encountered a Advanced ServiceTrac warning indicator on stability tracking system not sure if just a heads up service is needed or actually identifying problem. Other comment I would make and specific to U-Haul in general with online process is location issue. Despite multiple settings on smartphone, high level Location setting in privacy on, iOS setting set to allow and Safari setting updated properly unable to recognize I'm at correct location. Not the first time I've encountered. It's happened at least 3 times. We're able to work thru but it is a definite inconvenience and increases pick up time exponentially

Dawn BMy prior U-Haul experience (35 years ago) was not pleasant, but this recent experience was exceptional. The staff at Squeaky's were helpful, friendly and professional. The truck was easy to drive and thank goodness for air conditioning on a 90+ day.
David LMy family has done business with Squeeky's for over 20 years.....renting storaging units and U-Haul vehicles numerous times during that time period. Management and staff at this facility have always been top notch.....we highly recommend them...

Jesse RWe ordered a 15 foot uhaul only to find out the day before that they could only give us a 10 foot which meant we had to make an extra 300 mile trip with our vehicle to pick up the remaining items we had intended to fit in the 15 foot uhaul. When we picked up the uhaul, the after hours pick-up location reader wouldn't work, so we weren't able to access the keys as planned. After an hour wait to talk to a customer service representative, we were finally able to access the keys, so it took us close to two hours to actually pick up the uhaul while our ride had to wait to see if they would need to take us home (we live 30 miles from the pick-up location). Additionally, the uhaul was not cleaned out after the previous user.
Benjamin JMice/Rats are very much a problem at this facility. I wouldnt recommend them but the staff is great and professional!
