I was over charged $15.00. If I did not look at the bill I would have never saw the up charge

Employees were not knowledgeable about uhaul because it was a third party contract. Only one employee appeared to handle uhaul, and the experience drudged on because of his lack of knowledge.

When I picked up the truck from this location the interior was nasty, I ended up taking it home and wiping it down before I could actually begin to use it. I have used uhaul plenty of times and several times with in the last couple months and NEVER have I experienced this type sanitary issues, recently moved near this location and wanted to give them a try instead of driving out of my way but I will not be returning to this location!

Ripped me of for gas after i left. I have in and out pictures and confirmed with the worker. I only traveled 19 miles and threw $5 in the tank. Petty and bad business. I will not use this location again.

The location is in a rural area that did not have a signal for the internet, I spent about 45 mins trying to return the truck online at 12:30 AM. Everything else was excellent

THE VEHICLE I RENTED WAS FILTHY. GARBAGE; CIGARETTE BUTTS WERE LEFT INSIDE THE CABIN PORTION OF TRUCK. THE BACK PORTION WAS ALSO DIRTY W/ DEBRIS. ALSO, I ORDERED 2 DOZEN BLANKETS WHICH WERE NOT THERE. I HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR A DIFFERENT UHAUL LOCATION TO BRING THE ITEMS

first and for most this was one of the worst haul experiences Ive ever had in my life location was so uninviting we was at the pick up location since 8am for our scheduled pick up the employee didn't arrive until 9:15am. the sales rep was Racist. he interrogated us on where was the truck going he made things so difficult for us.i actually called corporate and they called the store to assist because the sales rep on the phone had all of our information and she knew we was waiting since 8am she got on the phone to assist and the guy put her and continue to tell us the things he couldn't do when the sales rep on the phone was telling him all he needed to know. he told my employee the email that you have on file has to match your name ??? how is that even possible? he was saying our credit card was insufficient but the sales rep on the phone clearly said the card works as she Took the payment then he said the system was down he can't print a receipt smh he was the worst. we own a moving company he made 1hr and 45 mins late to our job and we were the only customers in the store I WANT A REFUND AND I FEEL INSULTED
