HANNAH STruck needed some cleaning inside, couple of dents on door from previous drivers but overall good. Cost was higher than expected for the smaller truck.
Victoria Mstaff was friendly and accommodating, and walked me through the instructions on how to attach and remove the trailer so that I could do it on my own once I left.
Xochilt GTruck had no gas and was dirty and I was charged fees for gas that I should not be charged for and have not heard back from anyone about the charges
ashley cThis was a vehicle service station (shop), then a U-haul dealer. The young man that helped us did his best but he was not the most knowledgeable. I don't blame him. Our vehicle was low clearance and NO ONE knew what to do. My wife searched and found something on the u-haul website that helped, several hours later. The drop off location they provided us in Texas was not correct either. That particular location didn't take returns. We had to call customer service and found where to drop it off, 10-15 miles away from where we were told. Overall, disappointing experience.

Nicholas KThe location was closed today which is strange because Saturday is a popular day to rent. I used the U-Haul app rental process which was not the easiest to use and I would not recommend to others. Overall truck worked out good but didn't know I had a $1,09/mile fee on top of base rental charge.
kirk lThe trailer was not breaking properly, and the night lights were not working. It was not checked or inspected when hooked to my car. I was stopped by police at that night and the officer had me spending all night in my car, and was not able to get back on the road until next morning. Next day I had to stop by Walmart to buy 4 bicycle lights and tie them to the trailer. At the return, this was not taken seriously whatsoever, and not even with an explanation or apology. Instead, he thinks that I had to inspect the trailer for them.

Stephen FI had made my reservation 2 weeks in advance. You guys did not have any trucks available at the day I was to pick up the truck. I had to go all over the Phoenix area to get a truck. It was VERY INCONVENIENT! I was late to have help moving. I was very very upset.

JOHN DWell i was supposed to rent a truck. I went through the whole online process, but they never gave me a lockbox code and still charged me for using the equipment.
Angela KThere is no rope, padding, dolly in the truck. But the bag in the truck says there prepare padding blankets. I think this could greatly improve my renting experience.
Tassi LMake sure to provide accurate information on where your codes are supposedly located. And don't charge multiple fees for one thing on one transaction for one. Very unsatisfying and I've used U-Haul any time I've moved…. Never again

JOHN DThe Uhaul attendant was very helpful. I ran into an issue with my hitch lock and he made every effort to assist in solving the issue. After resolved the attendant hooked up the trailer for me and ensured I was ready to roll.
gary oThe experience was overall good. The representatives I dealt with were professional and helpful. The lock assembly on the trailer was damaged from a previous theft attempt but was still usable. Other then this the trailer was in good condition. Merci.

Troy Di was waiting for 2 hours because i did not get a key box password and i ordered dolly but there is no dolly. Call waiting time is so long, I couldn't do anything except waiting the call. I was so disappointed! customer service is so bad, and app is just junk!
Chul PMy original location (AZ Avenue) did not have my reserved trailer on the lot, it was rented to another (they swapped our rentals). They gave me the other HO 6x12 trailer... but... after hooking it up it to my hitch, the attendant decide to see if it would hold. He cranked the the wheel down to put preassure on the connection... it popped right off! What would have happened if he hadn't done that stress test?!!!! So... an hour and a half later, they directed me to the Germann location. And all that in the 118° scorching dry oven heat!

Keith PDon't like the fuel policy of getting truck on empty and returning empty - to difficult to manage and is cash grab for uhaul since it's too risky to try to drive on empty. Don't think I will rent truck from uhaul in future

Jo AThe employe thought they were doing me a favor by offering to let me drop off the key and they would inspect it later so I didn't wait around. I trusted the gentleman. I should not have. When I returned the truck, I put in more gas than what was actually required. I took a picture when I picked up the truck before my move showing the mileage and gas level. When I was dropping it off, I took a picture of the gas level and the mileage. To my disappointment, the Haul reported that upon my return that I was three gallons short and charged me for 3 gallons. While I have the proof that I was not short, it disheartens me to know that this company did not act honestly. I see that this is also a car repair shop with multiple locations. I will never use this company again or any of it's services.

Larry RPlanned to have it for 6 hours and make tons of trips. Check engine light came on as soon as I got back. Engine sounded like it would start every time. Returned early.
Hunter LU Share was a pain. They told me a the trailer would be ready for me to take at 5/28/23 at 8am. The customer cancelled and they notified the wrong number even though I had given them the my phone number days earlier.
Mike DI was missing the furniture dollies and had to drive to another location to get some. I was charged for mileage and gas to go get them and still waiting to hear if I get a refund.

Rees WMy truck was not ready for me at 7, had me wait until 10 to pick truck up. Ended up switching trucks but that still took an extra 2 hours and had to rent my own dolly. Also had to spend an extra 2 hours paying people to move my stuff. Not a great experience unlikely I will ever use again.
