Customer service was great! U-haul moved my reservation to this location from where I originally reserved and all the equipment I reserved wasn't in stock. The truck alignment was really rough, and made it a really rough drive. They worked to find me a replacement truck to make the drive easier and thankfully they had a replacement truck that drove much better.

Charles MHorrible! Horrible! You need people there who actually know what they are doing, ESPECIALLY on a SATURDAY morning! Took OVER AN HOUR just to get the truck so that I could leave! My help was standing around waiting because your people didn't know what they were doing!! Another customer had to call another U-Haul representative to tell this location how to help us get our rentals! Ridiculous!!!!! My rental should be free or discounted due to the inconvenience. My reservation was for 9am and I didn't leave your establishment until almost 10:30am!!
Jessica TIt was all a horrible experience! Waited 2hours for my truck. Systems went down and the line was out the door. What's worse is that the two people working there did not receive any support from Uhaul support team. At one point some of the customers starting attempting to reach out for support to see if someone would be willing to assist with entering some of the patrons through the system telephonically. I remember hearing one lady tell these two workers that they couldn't help because they had there own customers to worry about. They was no team work! These two people were left to fend for themselves until finally we reached one young man that was willing to help. I thank God for him because if it wasn't for him….you would have people more upset then they already were! I would like to request some type of refund. I waited so long that my help had to leave and I had to move alone. There were no Dollie's available and I had to buy one. 813-527-5983

Mike DTakes too long to rent as a repeat customer. I rented a small trailer 4 times over the past few months. Each time it takes 20 minutes or more to do the paperwork (pictures of licensand verification) and it's all repeated time after time. Should be able to verify a customer and use registration from previous rental. Not efficient at all.

Cynthia CYes with improvements. It was not explained to us about looking at the verifying pictures. I don't think I ever received any. The truck cab was not cleaned out throughly and the windshield was peppered with bugs. It was not quite a quart low on oil and during the trip I had to add a quart. I think my concern is with u-haul in general that they rely so much on technology to do the work of customer service.
Adam Wleft mirror was completely broken. it was dangerous to drive this uhaul. I got charged 20 dollars for gas even though I filled the tank to what it was when I received the vehicle.

Gina BLocations and customer service was amazing . Professional and good communication. Only problem we had was that the engine had problems starting multiple times. Appears to be a weak battery. Return agent agreed that there is an issue and should not have been rented as it was. So glad we did not get stranded somewhere. Equipment was clean, but engine was not maintained.
James EMy truck shutoff twice as I was returning it. This led me to not refuel it and sweep out the back. I panicked and just drove it to the U-Haul building. Frustrating that I got penalized for not refueling but otherwise it was great.
James Feverything was great except there was food and trash all over the cab seats and floor. Not just a random french fry, but chunks of food all over the place and the glove box was full of empty drink cans and more trash With that said, the folks working there were very friendly and helpful, especially getting the trailor hooked up and my car secured, and the truck and trailor were exactly what I expected

Jasmine MHusband was in and out quickly; arrived 10-15 mins before reservation time and truck was available. He commented that the workers were very nice. We received quite a bit of confirmation emails, including what we think is the "final" one with the correct charge (first receipt indicated 50 miles and we knew we didn't drive 50 miles, so we appreciated the corrected receipt; maybe the first one was an estimate since we returned the truck after the 3pm closing time Sat. 3/16). This was our first ever rental moving truck experience and it went well, so we will be back if we need to rent a vehicle for moving items again.

JAMAL DI spoke with the agent twice, first to confirm their closing time and a second time to let him know the truck I was dropping off had an extremely weak battery. The agent was polite and extremely helpful, and he met me in the parking lot to take custody of the vehicle. He was a great person.
Michael BThis was the 5th U-Haul store we tried to rent a motorcycle trailer from. It was at a inconvenient location I would not have chosen. The first 4 were simply incompetent. One had nobody available and would not return calls or texts. the second one the owner had what I needed but could not figure out how to reserve it for me and suggested I reserve it online from home. I couldn't get the web site to work for me either. The third store I called and spoke to the owner. He suggested I speak with a specific employee who could handle my needs. When I arrived, the doors were locked and nobody was available. The 4th store didn't have one but claimed to process the paper work so I could pick it up from the closest store that did have one and return it to him. That store never had anybody available and had a sign on the door that read " WARNING: We don't shoot warning shots!". U-Haul contacted me via email and changed the pickup and drop off site and a different trailer than I had requested. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. U-Haul does not seem to have it's act together. Its a real shame. They have stores everywhere, but you can't access them. I am not sure what the alternative is but will consider looking for one the next time I need to rent something.

Mike DEverything was great. The people were very nice and knowledgeable. However, the bed of the uhaul was very nasty and muddy with footprints everywhere. I attempted to hose it out but had to get the power washer to cut through the dirt. It looked as if the previous user may have hauled garbage because there was a garbage smell as well.

La VSad to see they gave me a truck with a broken front tire. There was a large "front tire low on air" indicator on dash when they drove the truck to me. I drove off and immediately felt the car pulling. I found that the front right tire has a large bulge in it. I drove it back and they gave me another truck. This Uhaul needs to do a better job in inspecting trucks. If I was driving that in the highway and the tire blew out, I could have been seriously injured
