Only there very briefly. Was met at the door, the representative was extremely helpful and took care of all the out-processing and sent me an email with the receipt. Perfect.

Joan FalangaUsed my own eZPass transponder. UHaul keeps charging me fees for 'violations'. I drove through the Harbor Tunnel southbound and then northbound. I have been charged more than 5 extra 'violations' for a 4-hour trip to Rockville and back to Baltimore. Tic-tacky undisclosed, hidden fees. Would NEVER rent from UHaul again.

Matt Johnsonwe were told it was a new truck with only 4 000 miles-however, the brakes were very hard to engage making it difficult to stop- there were leaks in the Moms Attic area which leaked onto boxes and froze them to the truck because of the cold weather-in the back of the truck were extra blankets that got wet from the leaks and froze them solid to the floor making it difficult to remove items when trying to unload

Michael EgbertFirst our location was changed for pickup...we were doing mobile pickup and my husband called and said it wasnt working and was told u he had to be on the premises for it to work..well he went early am to get the truck and it didnt work.He called the emergency # that was posted and a lady yelled at him to tell him he work her and her husband up..no one came out to help him access the truck.I was able to pick up the truck around noon that day and the guy was polite.

MARGARET NOLLWhen a customer selects a specific location to pick up that's where the truck should be. They should not have to drive out of the way almost an hour to pick up the truck. It's really crappy service on U-hauls part. And what makes matters worse is I made the reservation a month ago....I will NEVER use U-haul again. The original pick up location was 7280 B&A Blvd Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

Shalamar HairstonThe equipment I rented worked perfectly well, except it was a full day of driving through rain and the trailer had a small leak somewhere near the front of the box. No of our things got very wet, thankfully!
Louis ManosI ordered my truck from one location, checked in online the day before, but I was sent to another location. This put us back 30 minutes! The guy that did help us though was very courteous and had everything ready to go. The truck was very nice and we didn't need the pads, but I appreciated that they were clean.

ramona HarrisThe cab was dirty. And the people I dealt with were unfriendly - pick up and return. The truck ran well and did the job but you cannot undo a bad first impression!
Gina ShafferThe "in-person" service and the equipment quality was top-notch but the reservation process is a complete mess. The "reservation" does not actually reserve requested equipment. Attempting to confirm the availability of my "reserved" equipment required talking to three different people who all gave me different instructions and information. I will prioritize UHaul competitors (such as Penske) until UHaul modernizes their reservation process. I like UHaul and I wish I could keep coming back but the lack of a dependable reservation is too nerve-wracking to tolerate when I am trying to get my possessions moved out of a property in a scheduled manner.
