Nice folks. Friendly and easy to work with. Quick and simple.
JOE LTrucked pulled to the right. Steering wheel is at a 90 degree angle while driving straight indicating a wheel alignment needed. Dangerous!

SADIE BFirst Lady I talk to was great, Great service, Second lady I talk to in charlotte, Completely terrible, very rude, didn't care, I could rent truck or not, Try to get me to go way out of my way, didn't want to look for something closer, I went 30 minutes out of my way, which caused me to drive 1 hour more, But over all I am satisfied? James-Larry RI understand Stanley NC is stuck in times. But at some point your morality should kick in and fairness and human decency should come first. I HATE RACISM. Everybody should be treated equally. I pay just like a Caucasian person will, so my money is good enough to be taken but NOT respected and treated fairly. Well welcome to the South, only thing disgusting about it, racism.

Christopher GThis particular location needs to have their equipment a little more accessible. I had to drive thr truck through an opening barely big enough for the truck to fit through. That's a recipe for disaster. My other complains are with the mobile check in process. It takes awhile with the verifying who you are. You should let the customer know that you are going to actually call the reference phone numbers given. People don't answer for phone numbers they don't know and it would be nice to be able to give those people a heads up the U-haul will be calling. Also if you could let us know up front the process is going to take 20+ minutes to get through that would be nice.

Tedd SReservation date was incorrect. They had me scheduled for July 1 . Tow dolly that I was originally told could handle my 2013 Ford C-max was changed to a different tow transporter that cost more money.
PATRICIA SI rent from this location often. Very cool people. Especially Rachael, she is as sweet as can be. Always greets me with a beautiful smile. I love her personality and she is a beautiful lady. I highly recommend renting from this location, clean trucks, prompt service and a gorgeous women that will make you feel welcomed every time.

CHRIS PThey tried giving me a trailer with a flat tire things on the truck were good except for passenger door wouldn't open from outside wipers needed replaced one of the 12 V power outlets didn't work They made me wait for hours for another trailer instead of just switching out tires with another trailer that was there and they said I was going to get a discount and I wound up paying a lot more than I thought. Ironically I called the guy the day before to make sure the units were checked out ... he said they were
george mMy reservation was at 10, I stood in the cold rain for over an hour waiting on the website to give me the lock box key, I took the uhaul back with double the gas in it that I started with, and on time, and cleaned out. I was charged a $30 cleaning fee because he said he found a cigarette butt on the back bumper ( I don't smoke, that could have been anyone ) Then he couldn't tell me why there was extra $5 fee.
Charles CI refueled yet you still charged for gas. That's an extremely subjective judgement based on a floating needle. Not happy about that.
