The location and staff are excellent, no issues whatsoever with the company or site. In fact, it was very well organized. My particular 26' truck however had issues. The back end of the truck shook very heavily, whether it was loaded or unloaded. Being that the weight did not improve the shaking, I would guess there was some kind of balance, alignment, or wheel issue, but not something that I was able to notice or identify visually prior to driving off the lot. The trucks should be driven at speed upon return to check for issues like this. The cab also smelled like the previous driver had smoked a lot of cigarettes in it, which I didn't mind so much but was worried that I would be blamed for upon return to the next location.

The truck had some sort of "air freshener" in it, but smelled terrible. Those synthetic fragrances are made of toxic chemicals. They stink pretty bad and they're not good for you either. If you're going to truly freshen the air, you should try essential oils.

Truck was low on oil (I put a quart in), passenger front tire had abnormal wear and the brakes chattered. It was OK for around town but would not feel comfortable driving fully loaded long distances.
