Kristina RI did t even speak to the uhaul person. The clerk behind the counter was clueless and called someone's dad. When I spoke to the person he said he'd check me in. Well today uhaul calls and wants to know where their trailer is. I had to get on the phone with customer service who attempted to reach someone at this location and they had to have the district manager drive there to verify I dropped the trailer off.
Michael FPlease come up with plane for a lift device on all trailers. Those well built trailers are heavy if you're over 60. Sometimes its necessary to disconnect from trailer for whatever reason, Thanks
PAUL SAfter the pick up took 35 mins or so, and we were told to hook up our own trailer. No problem we can hook up a trailer but after we get down the road we receive a call asking for pictures of the connection for there files. Returned durning normal business hours was told to use the app because they did not know how to return one, and the app would allow for me to do It my self. Uhaul could rent a lot with a gate code and no employees if we have to do everything our selfs as customers. This rental experience as far as customer service went was no stars!
Michael APhone number on contract was disconnected. Had to chase down a valid number. Called ahead per contract instructions and no one ever answered the phone even after waiting on hold for a while. Arrived at the location and hung up bluetooth. Showed uhaul contact that phone number on the contract was disconnected and no one answered my call.
Victor GWe filled the tank up to the level it was at when we received it, literately at this location since it's a gas station. They still charged me nearly $8 for two extra gallons. Definitely will never use this location again after this experience.
David SHe said just drop it off over there pointing at other units. I had to unhook the trailer myself he never left his shop or inspected anything.

Kacey mPick up process was extremely slow, nothing really explained. Only positive was the gentleman gave me an extra 10 miles to get back to my house.
Amanda MI was scheduled for 10:30 am pickup and was there on time. The guy that does the U-Haul rentals was not there and unreachable. Another customer happened to know where he lived and went to his home to get him. He did not come until 5 minutes to 11am. He was a nice enough guy but this was unprofessional. Then his coworker hooks up my trailer, does checks, and I go to drive off. He didn't hook up the trailer properly and it falls off dragging behind my car while I'm going to leave the parking lot! Upon returning the trailer no one came to help unhook the trailer or put it in it's spot. This is common practice at other locations I frequent.
nichole BIt was fine just took longer than necessary with the paperwork. Guy wasn't there had to wait on him. Cant really say haven't rented anything from Uhaul before to compare.

MITOS SNo equipment available. No dolley. Had to go buy one. It wasn't the persons fault, it was UHaul's fault completely. Horrible experiance and I will never use them again and I will never recommend them. they sent me way out of my way which cost me more money.
PAULA JWhen picking up the truck, even though I did the 24/7 self pickup and arrived at the time I picked, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to receive the keys for the truck. The store clerk had to call the uhaul clerk to come in.
