I had trouble checking in on my uhaul app to pick up the truck. The lady working in the office refused to help me for close to 20 minutes, she rudely informed me that it was her lunch break and that I was ridiculous! I will never go back there again.

The staff was nice but there was only 1 person amd I wasn't able to get the vehicle until nearly an hour after arriving to puck it up. The truck I received had someone else's property inside of it. Making it so that I was unable to use it. When I contacted the location about this they were apologetic but didn't offer any solutions. Again. I dont blame the employee as she was clearly working alone when the job seemed like it should ha e some assistance, but I can't really reccomend using them.

Make the online check in and check system out more streamline and user friendly. Can't give suggestions for it, just felt clunky.

The all electronic / online check in was not an easy process, I'd much prefer to interact with a person. The return location was already taken by a uhaul truck and nobody was in the office to help. Overall, not a good experience.

Horrible service. Horrible experience. Place is a total scam. Never open. Took me 3 try's over 2 days to return the trailer and no employees where ever present to help or assist or even answer a phone call.

Very easy staff to work with. I was there two years. Our items were always secure. I would use the facility again. Very polite staff.

They charged my credit card an additional 9,63 for no darn reason. They had no right. The truck was returned on time with gas and within the 597. So why. I want my money back

It's a nice place to be, clean and well organized. Just that it's kind of hidden from public view. I think you need a bigger signboard to be strategically and conspicuously mounted to create awareness of this beautiful facility in the neighborhood.

There were several times that the gate keypad would not work so I could not enter the facilities. Also the office was not maned so I could address the issue right then.

Had my RV batteries stolen from my trailer. No video, no security, no reimbursement- no customer.

They resurfaced the asphalt which denied me access without proper notice which forced me to move my son to Tucson without his stuff. Very poor customer service.

When Kim was manager it was horrible. Since this new lady took over, it's been great. She is very helpful. Kim took my lock and several others off and never notified me. My daughter found it and the new lady replaced since she told Kim several months prior ( this is what she told me) to notify me, but never was. No excuses, she jumped. She is Awesome! Will return.

The only cons were that I accidentally went over on my bill without knowing yet I received no emails or calls about it, instead I had a delinquent fee and lots of late fees. Also on 4 different occasions/days I tried calling. Not a single time (during posted business hours) anyone picked up the phone. Other than that the staff was friendly and everything was good.

I am highly unsatisfied with my experience. Whenever I move, which I move often, I always choose Uhaul. So for this move I reserved a 15 foot truck a week before I needed it online. I received a call the day before pickup to confirm and they switched locations on me to 6215-6247 E Main St Mesa, AZ. We showed up at the first location at 8:50 am for a 9 am pickup. The lady working was very nice but took a while to open the door, and notified us that she has no trucks for us to take. It took over 25 minutes for her to get in contact with Uhaul to find a location. We went to the next location, 1864 E Southern Ave in Mesa, who luckily just got the truck the night before. Once we arrived and had to work through technical issues where it wouldnt allow us to pay. At 9:50 am we finallly got our truck when we were supposed to meet my moving help at 9:20 am... Uhaul did not communicate with these stores for reservations, for where trucks are, if trucks are ready. At 6215-6247 E Main St Mesa, AZ, the Uhaul representative tried to get the worker to rent us a uhaul truck that has not been inspected for our 800 mile trip. The truck we ended up renting was dirty and not clean, it was only swept out in the back. We disenfected it ourselves and it our paper towels were black, this is not acceptable during COVID. I suggest these locations increase their cleaning protocols, that Uhaul communicates with their stores, and to have consistent information given to customers. Both locations the staff was doing their best to get us a truck and had amazing customer service but it was very frustrating as I paid a few hundred dollars for a rental truck and did not get the service promised.

The woman at this location was very helpful after the whole scheduling / Pick-up dibocal from the first location. Reserved a car dolly and when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, opps, it was closed. Ended up getting the dolly at Star Mini Storage but that was 10 miles out of the way in one direction. This experience has really turned me off to U-haul. I lost 2,5 hours and $20 in extra gas having to switch locations. Really disappointed.

There could be a better system of knowing the inventory at all locations. I was happy to get a phone call advising me of location change for pick up of my equipment. Only, the inventory should already be known.

Overcharged me for the truck and took an hour to get me the truck even though no one else was at the store or even wanting to use a truck. I would recommend anyone I know to avoid using this location for any service especially for uhaul.

THIS WAS THE WORST DROP OFF EVER!!! There were no instructions on how to drop off the uhaul and no one was available to help. We were stuck there for over an hour trying to figure out how to leave the uhaul and keys. Absolutely horrible.

The lady that helped us was completely clueless. After 30 min she finally just let us take the trailer and said she would just email the paperwork.

The person I dealt with didn't want to be bothered with my tailer return. He wouldn't close the contract, and I had to make calls to protect myself.

Kim was wonderful! We rented a 5X8 trailer after filling the truck we had rented. One of the turn signals on the trailer wouldn't work. Through trial and error she discovered there was a problem with the connection on our vehicle. We were able to fix the problem and were on our way.

The location was closed when I got there, barely any room to park the truck. I was charged another $6.00, don't know why. The called me to see if I had returned the truck because another family needed it, but never answered the phone when I called back.

Started in a 5x10 then needed a bigger unit. Kim not only made it easy she also got me some help so I didn't have to move the heavy stuff by myself. I will definitely recommend this place! Thx Kim!! ❤

Every time I called the rudest representative would answer the phone. The same person Kim told me they would be open at 9am. I show up at 9 and no one was there. I waited around 15 mins and nothing. I had to call multiple times after being told that I would be getting a call back from them (same person Kim). I'll also never go to this location ever again.

AWFUL!I called left 3 msgs to confirm reso,never heard back then vm was full!Went there the day before and found a sign saying they`d be back at 2pm. I waited until almost 3pm and no one ever came.

I dropped off one piece of equipment and the guy was less than helpful. It was a tight space and he couldn't tell me where he wanted it. He wasn't going to check me in until I mentioned it. Then he had to call the manager to figure out how to do it.

Make sure you give the right truck and then make sure Traffic has their computers working properly. The lady at the mini-storage was doing her best with a flawed system.

They had trouble putting things in place for me to take the tow dolly. When I returned it 3 hours later no one was there and I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to show up. This is a storage place that does U Haul. Next time I will go to a U Haul place.

Spent an hour with a janitor searching for the size unit I needed since no one was there. Typical storage site, clean, looks industrial, ect. 5/10 stars Good price, need to improve clerk availability.

The rental truck leaked. Several of my boxes and items were wet. We had driving rain and then snow. I was disappointed to find so much water inside the truck and wet boxes.Would think twice before using UHaul again.

They did not have the utility dolly I requested. And I did not get furniture pads as requested.

We were given a car dolly that didn't fit our vehicle. We also had a hard time returning our dolly because they gave us a different one from what was on the paper work.

Horrible customer service. It took me over an hour and a half to rent a U-Haul. I even had to go online and reserve it because customer service guy didn't know how. And once I did that, he took another 45 minutes to finish up. I believe he called customer service about 5 times.

The office staff need to learn more about what each size truck will hold. I asked if the 10' truck would hold a 1 bedroom and the lady assured me it would. After only being able to get one couch and love seat I had to go back to their office and get a bigger truck. horrible!

The only thing I found below average with this location is the address was listed on a side street and the entrance was on a different street/block. The correct location of the entrance would have helped me find it faster.
