I had to drive an hour out of my way to pick up this truck because even though I reserved the truck online at the original location I got a call the day before saying they didn't have the truck. U-Haul offered me $50 off which is not worth three hours of my time out of my packing day to go and pick up a truck. U-Haul really needs to make sure that when you reserve a vehicle is actually at the location you reserve it at.

Rene AI filled up my uhaul before dropoff to the same level as when I picked it up. The next day I wake up to a nearly 100$ taken out of my account for gas. Would not do business with you again because u-haul stollen my money and I want it back. Very unimpressed, Perlicia Drouin 819-592 6342

RENE AThis experience was horrible I have had to contact support many times, I was told I would get a refund as a discount and insteaD the place I dropped it off to waited to return it an extra day and then charged me for it.

Constance EWait time was 40 minutes to cet serves. We were not able to call them for help for roadside assistant. We add to clean the box ut was full of tim horton cups and mud. Once we returned thé véhicule we could not receive full refund because thé gas gauge and milleage was suppoinsly higher which was not thé case (we havé pictures with time stamps) we still need to pay 28$ for milleage overhaul we hated our expérience.

mark mAt the time of rental, all vehicules should be full of gas! Would be easier for the custumer to fill it back at the moment of returning!
Nathalie VComputer system was not working well, I did not see a contract, nor sign for anything. I had a reservation number and was told everything was on file. Got a text message later that day looking for credit card number. I did call in and give it to the uhaul station. If I knew I was going to get screwed in the end I would not have called back and give my credit card number.When I reserved the trailer I was told I could bring back to pembroke that there would be no problem. When I did bring it back there I noticed I got charged a day later from Wayne's in pembroke another $103 because I did not return to the place where I got it. Well if I knew that I could have returned back where I got it , and would not be near anywhere of the price he came up with. So I did notify my credit card company and they are cancelling the additional payment because I said I did not authorize it. Also I did not sign any contract with uhaul so very angry, and would never use uhaul again.
Jaime SWhen the truck was given to me it was full of giprock résidu in the cargo compartment in result that all my stuff got dirty. I ad teenager loading the truck and they did not told me. I asked for 12 moving pad and got only 11.

Richard LLucky I have done business with this location in the past and I have the owners cell number from previous rentals. You can not find this location on line! It doesn't come up in the Uhaul system either. This is not helpful at all in the rental process! It wastes a lot of time! Again Uhaul needs to get this fixed! I know this location have been renting Uhaul for at least 2 years. Just doesn't make sense... I told the agent about the straps, he apologized. Really there isn't much he can do about it. The straps are bolted to the the dolly so they are left in the elements. He process my transaction quickly. Uhaul need to fix the issue with the Mansfield Quebec location not showing up! It would have been much easier to just be able to drop it off the night before but again the location in Eganville Ontario could not input it as a drop off location because it could not be found.

Daniel BIt took over an hour and a half to process. There was no one to help with my order... they had to be called at home to come. The attendant then spent an hour on the phone with UHaul to figure out the contract. They had no blankets that I ordered. They added insurance and storage to my order without my knowledge. No inspection was done to the trailer - it had damage to the right side.
Robyn PIt was very convenient to have access to a uhaul within our town rather than having to drive to Pembroke, etc.
