actually there’s nothing you can do more because the trailer it’s on very good condition and the place where I rent it they were awesome
Juan RDropped off after hours location states tire shop there was a unattended vehicle in driveway where some U-Haul trailers were so parked it at tire shop not blocking entrance and I see a charge from U-Haul for drop off disgusted with this experience

Megan YI reserved to pick up at different location, but regardless I asked 24/7 shared, system programmed hand delivery, so instead of picking up at 9 pm I did at 11 PM. Just because customer care lady fixed for me, otherwise it would have ruined my complete week plan. You have to do better

GRADY MMark was great but I had to sweep out a lot of dirt from the trailer before I could load it up.
Joseph BThis was the THIRD rental location i was sent to even with having a reservation. It appears Uhaul does not care about their customers.I wasted 1,5 hours of my time thanks to Uhaul running me around to a location that finally did have the trailer that i reserved. VERY PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, when someone reserves a Uhaul they expect it to be at the location reserved at.
