Friendly staff that shows concern for the equipment (and customer). Rates are good. The in-person pickup and return process was a little long but overall a good experience and I enjoyed talking with the owner. If you have time, I'd recommend the in-person option, but if you are on a tight schedule opt for the 24/7 experience and have the key in a combo box for pickup and return.
Brian CTony rented me a double axle trailer for my small SUV. Unfortunately, the hitch sat very low to the ground, and once the trailer was loaded, it became even lower-making it unsafe to drive. I also wasn't sure if my vehicle was capable of towing that much weight. Since the business was closed at the time, I left everything in the trailer overnight. The next morning, I rented a smaller trailer from another dealer that was a much better fit for my car, so I never actually used the original one. In hindsight, I don't think that size trailer should have been rented to me given my vehicle. I'll take responsibility for not knowing much about towing, but I wish Tony had used his experience to guide me toward a safer option. I lost a day I had planned for moving and had to pay for a rental I couldn't use, which was frustrating. That said, Tony was very polite and courteous throughout the process.

The associates that helped us were so friendly and professional.. the U-Haul rental truck was clean and well maintained. We went looking for a box truck at a couple other places and we're not happy with the experience elsewhere. We were so fortunate to find this location and they had one in stock and we rented it for a few hours and returned it the same day outstanding organization!!

DONNIS WI am disappointed I was charged an additional $18 for over mileage usage when there were no 10' or 15' trucks available in Springfield Ohio, so I had to go 18 miles to get a truck and back home to then drive right back by it 18 miles to go to my final destination. 36 total miles that I feel was not my issue. Thanks

Patricia WLocation was not the one I chose. Had a location close to home and reservation went through just fine. The day before my move I was notified of a change. This added an additional $30 in charges due to mileage I would not have had from other location. Only reason I chose this service originally was due to convenience. Changing it last minute on me gave me no choice but to drive and pay the mileage. On top of this I received zero compassion or remorse from the service rep that called me. I was told no, nothing could be done. I was also told they just did what they had to do. All pretty unprofessional

FORREST EIt's not the fault of the location, but the app was SO DIFFICULT to use that it took 1,25 hours for us to get our truck after hours! There is a button on the dashboard of the app that says "next steps." It was pretty much invisible, because both myself and my daughter-in-law tried to figure out how to pick up the truck, but we did not see where it said next steps. Also, you have to take a whole bunch of pictures when you drop it off again, and you have to enter extensive information again and again into the app. I had already paid and specified the driver in the afternoon, but when we needed it in the evening, it wouldn't let her pick it up. I physically had to be there in person with my app, even though I wasn't the driver and I had already paid for it. At the end, the app charged me for the dolly, even though I said I hadn't used it in the app. Their app needs a major revamp. Also, customer service after hours transfer me to concierge service, but the "concierge" service was about a 15 minute wait. I didn't have this time especially after hours and it put us very very late to bed!
Sheila CProcess was simple and easy. The truck was clean and the online pick up and drop off process was super easy. The property owner even offered help if there were any issues and was kind enough to let us know some information about entering and exiting the property with the truck. Very nice people, I will definitely recommend and use this location again!
