We sought guidance regarding our return and the representative basically said you're on your own-good luck figuring it out. You can't run a moving company renting large and complicated vehicles solely online. Sometimes you need a human to support the process. Your people are completely incompetent and disengaged!!!

Latoya JTruck had a stripped bolt on the driver's side manifold. That made for a 1500 mile trip of a loud constant ticking and exhaust fumes. Mechanic and uhaul said it would be fine to drive. Also left rear outer tire was nearly bald but fortunately made it the distance.

Stephen LI received a text with a link to confirm the license plate on the trailer I rented. I didn't see it for awhile and when I clicked the link it had expires and I was instructed to call the Stewart Williams number to confirm. The business was closed by that time. The license plate should have been confirmed by the person checking the hookup before I ever left the lot. Other than that, everything went well.
REBECCA JI had reserved the same trailer in Clarksville when I went to pickup they had given it to another customer. The sales associate was very rude. Location was on Wilma Rudolph. This is how I ended up getting this one in Springfield.
Sam HBe of better assistance. Don't just say go hook up yourself and then come back in to get us when done to check and make sure it's hooked up right.

CARISSA GI did not know that for a cargo van (which I reserved) and the pickup trip require a major credit card to use (even though you can change the payment at the end to a debit card). I have only ever used the big box Truck before, which you can use a debit card for no problem. This was crucial information as, thankfully, my sister was with me to provide her major credit card to use the cargo van. Then at the finish I switched it to pay with my business debit card!
Brittney LThis was the worst experience I have ever had. I rented a truck specifically from a location less than a mile from my house. The next day I was sent and email that I now had to travel to a location over 10 miles from my house. This may not seem like a big deal to you but this adds money onto your trip. To my surprise later in the day it is moved back to my original pickup location. The next day I get another email saying that the pickup location is now somewhere else. Again this location is much farther from my home. This is a crooked way to run a company. People go to a location to schedule a truck because it is close. No one wants to drive across town to get a truck and then have to travel at 0,99 cents a mile just to return the truck. And not to mention you have to fill the truck up with gas as you travel back to the location. So there is more money spent by the customer. I understand profit must be made but treating customers this way is not how you maintain return business. The only reason the stars were good is because the person at my pickup location was nice. That is it. It has nothing to do with U-Haul.

Christopher EI noticed rust on the mechanism to hold the strap down on a car dolly was making it hard to release after the car is on tight. Otherwise, the facility and people were very kind and I was successful in moving a vehicle.

CHRISTIE HJosh and Stacey are personable and alway very professional. I have rented at their location several times and it's always a great experience. I won't rent from anyone else. I rarely leave reviews but they really deserve five stars.

Lorri VTruck was dirty, mirror was broken and the truck k Lu had an 1/8 of a tank of fuel. Not to mention the wipers were destroyed.
Scott FI was supposed to pick up 3 minutes from where I was supposed to load and it was changed without my knowledge to 30 minutes away from my location. Not only did this cost me more for gas it was very inconvenient and terrible customer service.
David SI was greeted before the store even opened. Stacey was charming, friendly and efficient at getting my paperwork done and getting me on the road. Five stars for everyone, especially Stacey! I will definitely use this location again!
Warren ENeither cigarette charge port worked. Had to stop and buy a power stick so my GPS wouldn't die. Truck drove hard. No pickup. Steering extremely loose. Staff was very friendly.

brett jThe first truck the check engine light was on and it was dirty. It had chewed up gum in the door. I was to pick up at 6 am through the phone. It took almost an hour to do only to have the truck not working properly and have to turn around and drop it right back off. I had to wait 2 hours for them to open to get another truck which was stinky and leaking water from the inside handle all over my legs. It was not a good experience. I was told by the phone rep I would get a credit I would just need to talk to the location when I drop off the truck. The location told me they don't do credits I need to talk to uhaul.
