Even though my reservation was confirmed the day before, my truck, my dolley and my moving blankets were not available. I had to go to another location; luckily he did have a truck but no dolley or moving blankets - took an extra hour to sort everything out even though my reservation was confirmed less than 24 hours earlier - this delay caused challenges since the truck was needed for a move.

Kinda hard to find and not very well suited area for dropping off a big truck, but people were very helpful.

Gentleman running the store was very nice and polite. But his main interest is running his store and not inspecting the equipment. Which I totally understand. The truck had a "gas cap loose" warning popping up from the beginning and even after tightening and getting gas during the trip it never would go off. Also the windshield wipers needed replacing. This is the second truck that this has been an issue for me. This set held up and I notified the lady at the "Store House" of the 2 issues. The wipers on the first truck actually fell apart during the trip. I ended up buying the cheapest blades at Walmart that I could get.

Check in and out was great. Excellent service à la clientèle. My truck however was infested with ants and not clean

The vehicle was filthy. There was cigarette ash all over the front driver's cab, food left in the ashtray and on the floor, a lighter in the passenger seat and the cab smelled like smoke. It was a horrible experience.

The truck that they gave me had roaches in it it had water bottles Gatorade dirt and leaves all over the truck and inside it was not a good experience that I had with this location will never recommend anyone to get a U-Haul from this location and the hit the was not working on the driver side very bad experience

I didn't get the truck I rented. I rented a 10 footer but it wasn't there so I had to pay 10 bux more for a 28 footer that was available

The online pick up and drop off is a joke. I had to go to the counter because the website couldn't "verify" who I was. At drop off there was no key box so I had to go back the next day while they were open and return the key. I called for assistance and was told this location is not an online drop off site even though your website says it is.

I was not notified that the equipment I reserved was not available and given a choice between less and nothing. Very disappointed given my long history with U-Haul.

The vehicles air conditioning did not work and it was close to record breaking heat! I had no choice but to use the truck my house was destroyed in the hurricane

Location was in an underserved location in Ft Myers, where the I passed a least 3 locations on the way to this one. Again adding miles to my trip which I was charged for.

When I received a call the evening before, I explained how the information in the U-Haul App was not matching what I was quoted the gentleman assured me I would get the rate I shared from my original booking; however, I did not get that the next day when I arrived. Additionally, I was waiting behind another customer who the lady told me had a reservation before me and she did not have the 15' truck I confirmed the evening before; however, I learned them from the other customer that he in fact did not have the 15' reserved, he had the 20' but was being given this 15' truck. Fortunately, he conceded and I did get the 15' truck although not at the quoted price. When I dropped it off in Naples location, I explained that I had been offered a rate of $67as opposed to $106 if I was flexible with the locations to which I selected this; I was originally given a different location than the one U-Haul had changed it to. I was also supposed to get more mileage. This was very misleading and extremely stressful experience and I feel that I was taken advantage of as well as just lucky to get the truck because I was at the store when it opened and this other client was at the same time.

The location was fine, it was just farther from my location that i has rented from because equipment hadn’t been returned in time.

Build in a notification in the app that the truck is available. The staff at the location was wonderful and accommodating. The truck return was late so my check out was late. Not the fault of U-haul or the location but if the application had sent an auto-text I would have saved the $40 Uber ride and 2 hours of wait time. I probably would not have received the truck that day but I lost $300 in crew load time and was delayed out of town by 4 hours.

The inside of the vehicle was completely disgusting it had cigarette butts in the door panel a cigarette lighter in the cup holder along with dried up gooey stuff everywhere and all over the floor I have an autoimmune disease and if I get covid be cuz of this I could get extremely sick I would expect the vehicle to have been cleaned before hand but was not cleaned at all

After arriving at my original reservation they didn't have my reserved truck. My fist phone call the uhaul employee implied it was my fault for not booking far enough in advance, despite the fact that the website let me book it. So I had no reason to think it wasn't available. He then said I was an hour late for my pick up, despite original pick up time being 1130 and I was talking to him at 1150 after struggling with the first location to locate he truck. When we got the new pick up location (over 15 miles away which I was forced to pay the additional mileage fee for) I was harassed by people outside the pick up location. When inside I saw they sold pipes to smoke methamphatamines! The truck as gross in the back, so after use I mopped it. To drop off there was just a man outside the pick up location with a brown paper bag that took the keys, mileage and gas reading. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had with UHAUL and I am incredibly disappointed.

The truck was an old truck. Wasn't sure if we'd make it to our destination. The window was cracked on the passenger side. The pickup location was not in a good area. Although I'd already put my information onto the site when i signed up. When I got to the location he could not locate my info and it had to be re-done. Will definitely go to a main U-Haul location next time.

It sounded like the rack and pinion was going to fall out going over every bump, and the axles make terribly loud clicks when turning. Did not feel safe to drive.

Truck was clean but truck's alignment is way off. Pulling to the side. Also transmission wasn't shifting smooth. if I had to take this truck cross country I really doubt it would make it. I hold a CDL A license and have pretty good understanding of a condition commercial equipment should be in.

I went to the location that was sent to me via text and when I arrived they said that they would not take it because he ordered 4 trucks to be delivered the next day. He told me to take someplace else after I unload my personal vehicle off the tow and parked both truck and vehicle tow. I tried to reach someone for 45 minutes without speaking with anyone at the corporate office of Fort Myers. Will never use UHaul again.

Service was great. One of the two trucks we rented was in bad need of a front end alignment. Top of stealing wheel faced 10-11 o'clock to go straight. Couldn't recommend to friend as a very shady area. Six squad cars had entrance blocked off returning a truck.

The interior of the truck had all the trash from the previous renter. It was so dirty I felt like i needed a tetnus shot. I had to clean and lysol surfaces before I could even leave the parking lot. In the current environment especially that's not acceptable. Truck was leaking fluids, and it felt like it needed a tune up, you could feel the engine missing. As a general U-haul improvement not location specific, the fuel tanks should be full on pickup. This makes it easier to guess the amount on return as well as the first stop when you pick up a truck should not be the gas station.

I don't this location should be utilized at all for supplying U-haul vehicles. This pickup location is not in an area where I'd want to be, and frankly it was a little scary. The building was not at all professional, and there were many loiterers hanging around the building and parking lot. And to top it off, not one staff member inside was wearing a mask. The truck was dirty and not well taken care of of. Would never ever recommend this pickup location, I think U-haul should stop offering this place altogether.

The drop off location was in a very bad part of town. Thugs were hanging around store, very uncomfortable for a single female. The owner of the store was super sweet and polite. He needs a new location it's in a very bad area

Order a 10 feet truck wasn't available, was given a 15 and 20 brake wasn't working well, end up with 26 feet like if I was moving a house instead of a 1 bedroom apartment

I was very frustrated with this location. I rented a specific size based on my need, they wait until l show up to say it wasn't available. I purchased insurance, even though l only needed it for one day, l had to pay a two day minimum. They they did not give me sufficient mileage and l had to pay an additional $11 for that. Never, ever would l recommend uhaul to anyone.

The man helping me here was fantastic. I rented a 10 foot truck, started to load it, and realized I needed the next size up. I called and was told no worries, come back with the 10 foot truck, and had a 15 foot truck ready for me, no extra charge. Excellent service à la clientèle. Thanks very much.
