I put in the U-Haul self checkout, that mean I can get the key from the U-Haul box. They are not using the U-Haul box, so I need to pick up the key from the inside. But they are looking the key 15 minutes after they find the key. And I have the reservation for the utility dolly. They have not the utility dolly also. And he let me wait and he take care of the other customers because that's a gas station. I'm never go on there and I'm never suggest anyone to go on that location. Go different location. Either they are killing your time.

CALVIN KMy information was not in the system immediately despite the fact that U-Haul told me to drop it off there. The clerk was more interested in his customers than me and I spent a half hour more than I should have. He was a nice guy, but his priorities were elsewhere. It took me way too long to get out.
