Louise DI have rented numerous time from the Jclyd Morris location and always had the vehicle for the alotted time. I was only allowed to rent pick up for 4 hrs and had to pay full price?
Gary MGot charges $155 for gas, I was not informed by anyone that the tank needed to be filled up upon return. I have never had this issue before. And it is an outrageous fee and robbery on UHaul's end. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN!!!!!

David AYour app crashed trying to rent and return. I had to use the website for both. It was a long pain in the ass. If I have to rent using the app or a non-manned location, I won't.

Leila BUpon arrival I was greeted with all smiles being that I was the one late for my pickup time but that was not an issue stated by the manager. The staff at this location went above and beyond. My truck rental was clean and ready to go. I will do all of my rental through this location from now on.

Robert HThis location was on point. I pulled up out from of location. A lady came out check out the trailer, asked me how was my trip & if I had any problems with trailer. I disconnected trailer. She said all was good I would receive an email.
Dwight FMaybe include a few more instructions for where to park the drop-offs. I had a 26' truck and was very concerned I would block something important, and there really was no signage. I based my parking spot off of a few other U-Hauls that were around, and even then I ran the risk of blocking the location's mailbox due to lack of space.

David PVehicle was old, did sound safe. Back door security lock did Not work. I had to secure the door with a rope, after had the door coming open while driving, another driver noticed and signaled to me. Did not have additional equipment requested. Not a good experience.
Luis PLovely folks, polite and helpful even while maintaining physical distance due to the pandemic. Location was easy and convenient and we were in and out with our trailer in about 10 minutes.

David BThe office staff was wonderful! They went out of their way to help me. I was surprised, however, when I received my receipt the next day to see that the rental of a 19,95 van actually came to 38.99. People need to pay attention to the mileage charge. Although I only drove it 21 miles and brought it back with more gas in it than it had when I rented it, it was more than I had expected.

Ken BThe truck that was rented had a leaking fuel cap. Everytime I stopped or made a right turn, fuel would pour out of the tank like it was coming out of a hose. Brakes were in not very solid for a truck of that size. Truck needed a tune up and maybe a transmission service.

David SI ordered a 10' truck and they gave me a15', using your numbers it cost me 24 more gallons of gas, at $2,59 per gallon $62,16 added expense for the 1439 mile trip, plus my wife would not drive the bigger truck so I had to get a hotel room that cost me $103.50, I have copy of bill. I feel I was over charged $165,66 plus my time. Not a good experiences. Look forward to your reply.
