DIANA BLocation was 1:15hrs away from desired location. Truck was not ready for pick up when's arrived like we had requested since location was further away than originally thought.
Eric JJust have the truck already gas up. But that wasn't a big problem . We had to go pass several gas stations. Just because we had to go to va and it was when everyone was getting off from work. But the owner was Great and very friendly. I will rent again! Will tell my family and friends to rent at this location!!

Tommy AI had a pleasant and professional experience interacting with R. Morgan. The truck drove as well as any car. The truck was clean and in excellent condition. With all the mirrors, the backing was easy. I couldn't have moved to my new home without U-Haul. Thanks to a great truck I was able to move. I am sore from all the lifting, but without the appliance size hand truck it would have been impossible. The manager is nice and a keeper. I rate him and U-Haul a PERFECT 10 out of 10. Kenneth HEasy check in and check out ! Don't go to the U-Haul storage places where you have to get your key out of a lock box using the app . My experience w that type place is it was a long and difficult process to check in and out . Best and easiest locations are when dealing w an actual person there .

jeff sRepresentative told me not to worry about check engine light if it came on. He said it was a catalytic converter code and he cleared it. It did come back on and I'm sure it contributed to the abysmal fuel consumption I experienced.

Timothy SSpecial Note. The truck was well maintained but The truck needed to be cleaned outside. My husband had to clean the windshields. The inside needed to be sanitized. Other than that the rental experience was nice!
