I returned the truck under 30 minutes behind schedule and they charge me a full day and a full day of insurance almost 50 extra dollars for being about 25 minutes late and I’m always renting from U-Haul at least 10 times a year it’s very frustrating and disappointing I wish someone would credit me the one day back the lady at U-Haul was very stubborn and said absolutely not and I think that’s not fair

ROMAN RI received the equipment dirty (nasty) when returned they charged me for cleaning. I toke pictures tk prove. I did not recommend that place to nobody. Worst experience ever. Hope Uhaul took action to fix that.

Schikenna STruck was infested with small roaches, I left only a small metal pole and truck was clean they charge me twenty one dollars that's robbery could have understood if it was food item or something that can mess up the truck. Will never to use uhaul again will hire company with truck

Orlando Tuhaul as such, has to improve its procedures, I need to rent a Dolly (hand truck) and they had to reverse my payment (they returned the transaction to the bank) to collect in a new transaction: the rental of the truck plus the rental of the hand truck. the normal would have been; make an additional or new payment, just for the hand truck. UHUAL's collection policy made me lose 3 hours of time in the move, and caused me: having to pay 3 people working hours without working. I mean, I had to call the bank, why would they quickly return the money that UHUAL reversed. all banks work differently. otherwise the money would be returned by the bank in 72 hours. UHUAL streamlines your processes. It was a bad experience just because of that. they made me lose 3 hours for that reason

David GI feel like I was robbed. The about of miles from my GPS was extremely lower thank what I was charged. The truck smelled. Ac kept going out. Very bad experience and I will NEVER use Uhaul again. Home depot had better and cheaper of the same trucks.

Priscilla TJust do a better job of making sure the trucks are cleaned out before handed off to the next customer. The back of this truck had debris in it and the cab was kind of dirty. Not that it matters to me that much, I just know how important this is to you or at least it should be.
