This place is awesome. Fast friendly service, no hassle. I got my truck and equipment quickly. Great prices, and I used them twice so far. I'll give them five stars!

PRESTON CThe tires were terrible. One of the tires was actually bald on one side. Looked like the tire had locked up and burned the tread off. The rental location was great. Just the tires were horrible. I am amazed i did not have a blow out coming from Montana to California.
JOSEPH CMake it clearer that just because a renter reserved their rental in the app, uploaded their driver's license photos, checked in on the app at the specified time, entered their payment card info, and updated the rental status to "active"... That the renter still needs to come in to the office and speak to a person and sign papers. No where does the app tell you that.

MARCUS ADon’t put the dolly and furniture pads in the U-Haul when they aren’t requested. I didn’t realize I would be charged for them. I didn’t even use the regular dolly I just had to move it to fit stuff in the space it took up. I have moved with U-Haul the last 7 times I’ve moved but this will most likely be the last because of that specifically.

BRIAN KThe location we dropped off the trailer was easy to find and the people assisting were extremely helpful. It looks pretty congested with U-Hauls there, but we pulled up on the street curb, and everything worked out just fine. Would highly recommend working with them on any U-Haul needs.

CARLTON QIt went very well. The person we rented the trailer from was really check out. Saw what we had in the back of the truck and the trailer was made for it.
DEAN SFix the damn self- service. It sucks. It makes you take your photos and asks the same questions multiple times. Half the time the service didn't work at all. Or, as in the past, the uhaul Strand location in Missoula doesn't even have the key in the lock box where it's supposed to be. But that location is a whole other (big) issue, due to the incompetent/unprofessional manager that was hired for some wild reason(Kayla). She shouldn't be in charge of anything more than one person and maybe a few trucks. Anything more than that she is not able to handle, as she has proven time and time again in the past.
