There needed to be a U Haul sign on main road. Included with the storage available . It was kind of confusing. I received a text stating drop my u haul off at that particular location . I was coming from out of state. It all worked it. Better clarity is needed.
MINDY SA little more guidance for loading a vehicle on the auto transport would be appreciated. The Manager explained the process effectively but did not hang around to ensure it was done properly. I had no problems with the instructions or the loading of the vehicle. However, I can see all sorts of issues for someone less mechanically inclined. The front and rear chains that need to be attached to the vehicle being the major concern.
STANLEY FI dropped off after hours, and it was easy enough, although next time I will plan to drop off when they are open. It was convenient to just park the truck, drop off the keys, and let them know in the app that I had returned it. I had difficulty getting the photos because of the bright sunlight.

BROCK HTHIS location was very good. Safe. Well lit. However, the location I originally booked to return the U-Haul at, Country Corner Mini Storage 6507 Beatline Rd Long Beach, MS 39560, was very unsafe. Sketchy. Unmarked. No lighting. No indication that it is a U-Haul drop off facility. Please look into fixing this.

BRENA NThey had my trailer parked in a location that was unmonitored and had no idea when I picked up. Then called me hours later to ask why I didn't pick up. Then made me return to the store/ storage area… and let them tell me that I had correctly connected everything. This location cost me 3 hours of travel time and 15 dollars of gas to make them fix. Their bad practices

AUNA JThe drop off of our 26ft truck and trailer was easy as can be. We dropped the car hauler trailer earlier in the day, dropping the truck after hours - both times were easy and convenient.
Steven BUpdate or upgrade the equipment. It drove fine but as far as operator comfort went it was lacking. Still had to manually roll the downs in 2024. Also the drivers seat positioning was left wanting. It was rather tight for a bigger person such as myself. However it got the job done and was over all mechanically sound. I would recommend this location to anyone moving in my area.

Blanche TThey charged me $30 for an insurance that they didn't even ask if I wanted. I have commercial umbrella insurance on my pickup why would I want to spend an extra 30 on insurance I didn't want. I would like to see that money back but I guess the uhaul in long beach really needed that extra money I wonder how many other people have they gotten like that.

JAMES CI hauled a Trailer from Tampa to New Orleans for Uhaul, and I was told that if it was above half tank or better there would be no charge. There was 3/4 in it, and they are trying to charge me $38.83. I did get a credit for hauling the trailer but it cost me more in gas. Thanks

Kelly CI reserved the uhaul at this location because it was the only 15' in the area with a ramp. When I picked up the uhaul I made sure to do a full inspection and check the gas gage. I was never handed paperwork for the truck. I have them the exact location I was going and was running within the same amount of time I gave them. Before I returned I stopped at the Texaco gas station in front of the Walgreens. I thought it was so awesome the long breach police officer was having his truck washed for what I was guessing was either the end or beginning of shift. I added gas to the uhaul, checked the gage, which was over accurate of what I received the uhaul with. Then went inside to get a receipt because the paper must have been out. I took the uhaul straight back where my friend had been waiting for me for the 5 minutes before. I parked the uhaul did a full check. Locked all the doors and put the key in the return box. My charge was estimated 81$ but I was charged 134$. I dropped the uhaul off at about 3:45 which i did not realize was after hours so I was charged 20$ extra. To add I was then charged and extra 26$ for gas when I have a receipt for the gas I put in the uhaul. Why am I being charged 26$ extra and that is on top of the 20$ for after hours. I was early on bringing the uhaul back considering I said 5 hours and 11:30-4 is not even 5 hours. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone considering not only my experience, but the multiple experiences people have posted reviews on here with the same type of experiences. Considering I don't normally write reviews much less bad reviews, I am livid.
