I don't have a huge issue with this location, however, because of the reservation system this will be my last u-haul rental. I reserved a 20' truck from a location near my needed location. I was called the night before and was told they had no trucks that length at the location. They said I could have a 26' truck 20 miles away. I didn't need a truck that big but agreed since the only other option was 40 minutes away. I arrived at the new location only to find out they didn't have the reserved, and needed furniture dolly or pads. I had people set up to move and had no other options. To see I am seething mad is an understatement.

The very definition of quick and easy. They met me at the door upon arrival. I didn't even have to go inside. I pulled into the slot, They unhooked my trailer and I was gone in two minutes. I don't know how they could have made it any easier to drop off.

The cab of the uHaul had a strong odor that would not go away. It smelled like rotten food. The back of the uHaul was infested with roaches and spiders. The truck was not inspected by the location prior to being rented.

Sign on main st showing Uhaul location. I drive right by it and had no ideal that there was a uhaul location there because it is located behind a building
