The staff was rude. When I advised her I did not want the safe coverage. She told me too late. I was already charged. Also the rental was listed as 9/16 of a tank when in actuality it was a half a tank.

ROBERT HI didn't end up using the U-Haul truck I drove it from the U-Haul location to my storage and then drove back the following day was charged $108 which I think was a little much but it is what it is Tony at U-Haul was really great and I really appreciate his help

GUADALUPE BIt was a very smooth and quick process. I already had a reservation. I was a few minutes early and the office wasn't open yet but they opened up early to let me in. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Very efficient and friendly atmosphere.
SHANNON KPersonnel was friendly and helpful, but I had issue with no AC in the vehicle and the the dolly which I had ordered and paid for was not in the vehicle.

The office staff Tony and Shawntel were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to be accommodating and did so with a smile. If anyone nearby needs a U-Haul or storage unit I would highly suggest you go here and only here :)
