Juan RThere was a problem with the van I was suppose to rent. It had been fixed but not taken off the list to be fixed. They were going to offer the truck at same price as van but I was not sure about driving a big truck. Well they worked on the computer and as I was driving out in the truck they came out to say van could be used. I was so happy. Super nice guys and the place very clean. Van was spotless.

eric mMy rental pick up was about 20 min later than scheduled because the van was not ready for pick up but the pick up time stayed the same on my receipt. Im not sure if that resulted in an additional fee or not.

Llloyd DThe customer service was good, however the inside of the van was dirty. I saw 3 roaches during my commute. When I first opened the door to enter the vehicle, there was one dead roach just sitting on the floor that I had to remove. It was gross. Please clean driver's and passenger's side of the van before the renting them out.
