The cab was INFESTED with ants!! Ant eggs flew out of the AC vents. We spent over an hour trying to clean the ants out before we could use the vehicle. This was the WORSE U-Haul experience I’ve ever had! Some sort of refund would be the least you could do.

I called after the rental to inquire about not being able to use my SunPass online pass to register the truck, the gentleman who took the call was rude and extremely dismissive and felt he had no obligation to advise on whether U-Haul trucks have turnpike access. Very poor treatment of a customer and even poor reflection on uhaul as a whole, I will never be visiting this location again and using Home Depot trucks next time

Customer service was great but the truck was filthy both inside and out. Was never cleaned from previous use. Gatorade bottle under the seats the back of the van was full of dirt never vacuumed and the side door of van was not working properly as it seemed to have been damaged previously. But again the guys were friendly and helpful.
