Provide alternative drop off method if their is no cell service when doing the mobile pickup/drop off from the app.

Mark KnightleyThere was urine in a bottle in the back of the van. The interior was dirty and not vacuumed. It was a bit disgusting. But the actual facility was very nice and helpful employees. The online checkout process is a joke and takes 4 times longer than just talking to an employee.
Chris SablanBy far the best place I have every gotten a U-haul truck. The ladies were superb in customer service. I was in and out in a timely manner. I believe this facility should train ALL other facilities in how it's done. Excellent.

DORELL TURNERIf you fill things out on line in advance, the whole process is really easy and the price was very good. The Representative was friendly and professional and everything was fine with the vehicle except the windshield was a little dirty. It was the best deal I could find.
Eric JensenWhen we arrived at the location there was a note on the door stating they were closed on Sundays till further notice. They could of told us this the day we reserved the truck in the office! We just wanted to go in the office and have everything taken care of by an employee the day we picked up the truck! This was very frustrating! It would of been good business if an employee could of called us and told us everything had to be taken care of on the app! This delayed us by about one hour!

Ameer NasserThe fact I was being asked to send in references, work information, or other stuff at the moment of pick up is a joke. Including having to resubmit my DL. This location Is in the middle of the mountains with no reception and it was pouring. The uhaul chat service was another joke, ignoring your questions and simply logging off when they feel like it even tho questions were being asked.
George AcostaThe first time I went to pick up my online order (2 moving wraps), I had shown up a week or so later than my pickup date, and was concerned because my items were marked as "picked up" despite me not having done so. The man at the register told me that they didn't have my order anymore because it was too late-he claimed that they return (to where, I don't know) order items when not picked up for a while. I figured it was like pharmacies and prescriptions, okay, understandable, but when asked what to do on my end, he more or less shrugged and told me I need to call customer service. When I went home and did so, the customer service rep (who was lovely) seemed very confused that the employee said that to me, and informed me that that is false information, and he put me on hold to call the manager. I was then informed that I could go into the store again and ask for the manager. Great! Except when I did go into the store and wait in line, the young man at the counter told me that the manager (Carlos?) was outside, and that I guess I should fetch him myself-okay. When I went up to the manager after waiting for the manager to be done helping someone else (they were swamped with customers at this time, but that wasn't an issue for me, as I understand stores get rushes), I was met with replies like, "Okay, and?" as if he was mostly uninformed on the situation other than that I was the customer who the service rep had called with him about earlier. After holding his hand through the explanation on my situation, there was no comment or apology on his end as the manager, even though his employee had straight up given me false information and I had wasted a good amount of time (and gas); he told me to get in line again and that the counter employees will help me. So I waited in line again, only to see that my order was sitting on a rack in the back the entire time-likely having been there even on my first visit, as that employee hardly did more than tell me false information with a somewhat jaded attitude, and never even turned so much as an eye towards the online order racks. Everyone except the other employee at the counter (a middle aged lady) who was trying her best with numerous customers and the service rep on the corporate line had a not-my-problem attitude, and there was a huge lack of a sense of responsibility. I don't normally leave such lengthy or negative reviews ever, but this was such a singularity in my experience that I felt I should, even though it's been a few months since this whole thing occurred.

PEDRO RODRIGUEZORTIZIt was a different location than I was led to believe, so I went to the wrong location initially. I would make certain the phone reservations' staff provides the correct information. The staff at the correct location was exceptional, pleasant, courteous, and professional.

Geoffrey HoweI made an error I am very short and when I looked at the gas level I accidently was looking at the water level and thought it wads a little under the 3/4 full. I put 75 dollars worth of gas. Thinking that is what I needed. When I went back to check my reciept I only needed less than half tank.CanI get some credit from the mileage?

ANTHONY SERASINGHEI wasn't greeted properly. It was pure negative energy and very rude to me as soon as I walked in. My experience was 0-10 and wouldn't recommend coming here. I was told that I couldn't get my money back for putting in way more gas. Not once did she refer me to a higher up to get it situated. She was obviously having a bad day and should not be working there. So much attitude and horrible customer service.

Dropping truck off was even worse app wouldn't work had to chat online and then call in to even get to the point where i could get key and then lock box wouldn't work again by all this then battery of truck went dead and then the bag slide down foor wouldn't close and sll this being done in the dark took in a very Desolatealmost two hours ? I gave request
