They tried to blame me for an accident that the previous people did or the previous people before them. I had proof that and it still wasn't good enough.. I don't recommend going to this place to anyone

CARLOS AUtilize a drop box system for after hour returns. Was not a major problem for me but would be helpful for someone not able to return the vehicle the next day.
Beverly MI booked online and choose NOT TO PAY the Coverage fee of $26. Made the Online Check In to pick up the truck. Please refer to my online booking Nr 71562762 Went to the location at 10:00 am and no body was there. Waited for 15 min and called costumer service. Finally someone opened the store at 10:20 am. The gentleman working there changed my booking and charged me the Coverage Fee of $26. I let him know that in my online reservation I choose NOT TO PAY the Coverage Fee of $26. Please refund $26 because I choose NOT TO PAY the Coverage Fee, and I was charged incorrectly.
Hysni CLocation doesn’t have customer parking and is in a tough neighborhood but customer service rep was terrific and van was perfect for our needs.

ANGEL EThe staff was courteous. But the reason for not giving better rating is the condition of the truck. It made a loud noise, the gears were not shifting well and sounded forced and the brakes were scary. I rented on a rainy day and the brakes did not work well. They locked on me when I tried to come to a stop. Updated or better maintained vehicles are needed.
Marcia DRepresentative at the counter was more concerned about his FaceTime than what was really going on. I got my U-Haul with just alittle under 3/4 gas. Brought it back alittle over half and still he couldn't work with me. I also took the picture of the mileage, and gas before coming in. I would think that would be his job. He's horrible at actually caring about a customer, and more being lazy to be on his phone.
Jay Pvehicle condition was, in my opinion, questionable. steering was very mushy, very noisy drive, difficulty accelerating & keeping up with traffic.
David LI initially requested for a 10' truck which was approved. When I showed up the staff told me that the 10' truck was out or order and did have another one to replace it. So staff offered the 15' truck which cost me and extra $10 dollars. As a courtesy the pricing should have been the same as the 10' truck since this was not my issue and I did not need a a bigger truck.
Fernando GThe gentleman behind the counter, perhaps of south Asian descent (?), was a complete and total $%^. He never let either me or my colleague complete a sentence. Questions were ignored. He was beyond rude. I wish I got his name to share with you, but I can only say he was far and away the worst customer service rep I have encountered in my 30 years of living on my own. Absolutely terrible. At first I thought he might not be a morning person, but when we went to return the truck in the evening he was equally rude. I will not use this location again if it's at all in my power, and I hope to never interact with that being again.

Thelma PI prepaid for a hand truck and when i got to the location, There were no hand trucks available. It made the moving job much harder without the hand truck.
Stephen cI was charged for extra gas even though the truck was returned with the exact amount of gas that it had when we took it and when it was disputed the person got nasty with my driver and shut the door on him.

Vincent GMy experience was absolutely frustrating. They do not have 24-7 drop off which I was not told and when I called uhaul they confirmed that they do and then I get there and the parking lot is closed. I was so frustrated. Then there was a snow storm here so I had to keep the vehicle parked on the street until Sunday. Then I had to go back there again and return the keys. After all that they overcharged me and now I'm having to file a dispute to get the refund. I will never rent from here again.
Jennifer Zcustomer service is nonexistent among the employees there. The 10' truck I rented was disgusting. When I arrived, I began to take pictures of the trucks damage, which was a lot. I opened the driver's door and a strong smell of Tabacco and muddy shoe prints everywhere. We had to keep windows open to cut out the smell. it was cold. We put the heater on and the vents gave off a bad smell. The center counsels where the drinks go had tons of crumbs and were sticky. The steering wheel was sticky as well. The trucks check engine light was on and the gas gage was moving sporadically. I wiped the steering wheel with a disinfectant but overall traveling in that truck was horrible. Especially when we are in the middle of a pandemic. Maintenance of the trucks should be priority for your employees and especially your customers. I have pictures and video that I am ready to share with you. I usually dont have problems with uhaul but this locations problems was a complete safety hazard. Please provide me with a emial to send you pictures and videos. Merci

Eduardo JI initially had my reservation elsewhere on cypress Ave. i live really close and didn't recognize the place so I decided to go early to double check (mostly because the uhaul website kept giving me an error when i was checking my reservation status). I showed up and the store front door was locked and waited. After 5 minutes someone showed up and he confirmed I am all set and he'll be in the office to physically hand me the keys. Long story short, i showed up the next day and this time the store front gate was down! When i called uhaul ( after finally getting past some location service issue that was enabled) they said he allocated the van but there was no key in the lockbox. Wasted an hr and had to drive to another location 20 minutes out of the way in both directions.
