Cust svc Brittany was GREAT
KEVORK TCheck in was inordinately slow. One couple ahead but a thirty minute wait. Van in good condition but back end not swept out and lots of dirt and garden debris. Worker very nice but overwhelmed. Check in was smoother.

John BMaintenance as far as engine and fuel system. It was dumping gas As I drove and the smell started to get to me. I did not feel safe. Also, the gas cap warning buzzer & word warning came on. Customers need to feel safe and be safe.

Gregory BEverything was amazing. I arrived, signed the papers, was handed the keys, got my day started. When we were done, they were ready for us and it was smooth and swift. Also there was a problem on my end with me debit card. the storage facility, the U-Haul store and U-Haul ccorporate offices handle it professionally. Thought we were waiting for my phone call to take care of it and it went quickly and I appreciate that. I will definitely use your facilities again Services again and refer you to any one.

amy jVan was what we needed but upon trying to fill with gas, fuel lines were cut and over a gallon of fuel was wasted. Needed to contact roadside assistance. Which caused over 3 hours of waiting and wasted of time. Caused a complete delay in our moving process.
Heidi Ctl;dr - unable to pick up 24/7, delayed our move by 3 hours, sent us to a U-haul store, U-haul store sent us back to Storage One to remove prepaid supplies, Storage One can't remove prepaid supplies, I handle everything myself by calling customer service. Moving day is already stressful, but this was a majestic way to kick everything off. Pickup was a nightmare and delayed our moving plans for the day by 3 hours. The location is advertised as being able to pick up 24/7, regardless of whether or not the business is open which I confirmed 3 weeks in advance. We arrive the day of our move at 8am and the app tells us the location has flagged our pickup for in-person checkout. There was another car in the parking lot in our exact same situation, unable to pick up at 8am. We wait 2 hours for the location to open, the person behind the desk says U-Haul isn't giving them the necessary tools to perform 24/7 checkout. Storage One on 4th did not have the furniture pads or the hand truck we rented and sent us to the U-Haul store front down the street to pick them up. The store front says they can't provide us these items from their location without creating a new order, and that we need to cancel these items on the Store One on 4th order. The person at Storage One doesn't know how to do this for us, and I ended up calling customer service while they were calling around. Customer service handles everything for me quickly, while the staff at Storage One is calling different support lines themselves due to some very unfortunate timing on losing internet (not the staff's fault). We collect and return the furniture pads and hand truck from the U-haul store front down the street, while returning the van to the Storage One location. Not the most elegant start to a moving day. Save yourself the headache and drive 2 minutes down the street to the proper U-haul store.

Jeffry HI can't think of anything, except to make sure you have reserved, the size truck you will need. Double check before going to call and confirm, the size you reserved is there. Staff is awesome , and very helpful and friendly. I recommend this site, for all your moving, and storage needs. If they don't have it, they will find it !

Tracy NThe Bellevue Texaco,15220 SE 37th St was very poor. They contacted me the night before my scheduled pick up day that the Rental Truck was not available. I had to scramble to get a truck at Storage One which was 13 mile further away. And I get charged the extra miles. I'll never use Uhaul again.

RANDY LI would prefer that the tank start at full. It's difficult filling the tank to anything else when returning. Tried to guess how much gas I used- ended up just filling it up.

HOWARD SI tried using your online pickup option. And completely unexpectedly the process asked for a 2nd person for verification purposes. It was weekend, so my two contacts that I provided did not pick up their phones. I had to drive to them to let them know that U-haul will be calling them. Also, the location where I picked up the truck stated that I have to return the truck by 4 pm, although the contract I got from U-haul stated 6 pm. Very inconvenient.

RONEIDA GThere was a problem with the first truck I received - it was an older model, but seemed to run well. By the time I had gotten home with it (only 8 miles away), there was a fuel issue that a motorist had followed me to my house and told me that it was leaking fuel big time! I noticed that after I had filled the tank with fuel, that it was already down 1/8 of a tank, and the smell of fuel was strong, along with blotches of fuel up the hill. I called the rental facility, and they were very apologetic (apparently, they have had some issues with cut lines and fuel thefts), and Brittany swapped out my vehicle with another one that was newer and even cleaner than the first one! I do not blame her for the problem, and I commend her for quickly setting up my replacement vehicle!

Stefan HHard to find the first time there but location was good for me. Disadvantage is that it is a one person joint office so there is not always someone onsite. More than once the door has been locked and you have to call. Good service otherwise.

Wesley WThanks, love that it's so close to where I live. 1st time I have ever used one of the pickups. Only hiccup was as I was pulling out and driving to my next destination the low tire pressure light came on. Apparently was something stuck in the tire, so I filled up the tire and it seemed to hold even with item stuck in the tread. So I went ahead and used the truck. Worked very well. I will be using you guys again most likely. Thanks so much. Process was very easy.
