Nice helpful employee.

We had to find and hook up our own trailers. The lights on one of the trailers did not work. We were told that we shouldn't worry about it, that if we got pulled over just to tell them it's a U-Haul trailer, it should be fine. I called the roadside assistance number and never could reach anyone, I used the U/Haul.com/help sight and still never got a response. I had to get a hotel room for the night so hopefully we could get the trailer lights working. When I took the fully loaded trailer back to have someone fix it, I was told by Daniella (several times) that they shouldn't have leased me the trailer to begin with. It took over an hour to get someone to look at the trailer. The trailer still never got fixed! This location is a total joke. I feal sorry for the next person that has to rent/lease from the location in Raymondville, Texas!

An employee of Las Cruces, New Mexico told me that “if I wasn't satisfied, with the rental rate that I always can go to budget rental”. I have a history of renting U-Hauls in New Mexico and have started now renting in Tx. The New Mexico worker was rude whereas in Raymondville Tx. I was treated friendly and in Hobbs,New Mexico as well.

Diana was wonderful, pleasant, and eager to please and make this rental go well. Outside help was great to help me in my trailer hookup to my truck. This place rocks! #1 in my book!!! Chris W

I'm very happy with the service... I am a musician and sometimes I need a trailer so it is affordable for me just to rent one... Never had any problems with the trailers.... I am happy that there is one down the street from my house!!!

Everything was great! Very friendly and professional.

Had no help with hooking trailer up to truck. Trailer tongue was heavy and setting on the ground. Should have been on a jack. Had to pick it up by myself to place it on the ball.

Price was for 29.99.from raymondville to Alamo. I somehow thought price of 109.00 total was way too high for a rental of 4 hours and drop off in anther town. It other than that evrything was ok.

The receptionist lady was nice but, not knowledgeable. She had to ask her boss questions upon which the boss lady was extremely rude and not personable!

Diana is the best. Always ready with the paperwork and has an answer for any questions a person might have. Diana Reyes is a great people person.

So nice. Even came to the office on a Monday after New Years when rest of the office was closed.

The Raymondville staff was extremely helpful. However, I was called by a Corpus Christi staff that was not helpful at all. I had to specifically verify all of the information that was going to transpire. I was picking up a trailer in Raymondville Texas and dropping it off in Waco, Texas. I had to ask how much that would be per day, he told me $30.00 a day. I then asked for a confirmation number and he stated that I wouldn't need that, I insisted on getting a confirmation number and finally got it. When I went to pay for my rental, I was definitely shocked again to find out that the Corpus Christi staff had given me the wrong information on pricing. I would recommend proper training for all office's so that clients are not hit with mid information.

The lady gave me a damn broom to sweep up small dust practical. Have a video on FB if yall will like it honestly I'm never using yall again after that bs first time someone did that.

Overall, it was awesome. The office manager was great and very helpful. It was the first time I had rented a U-Haul trailer. Everything worked out great.

I made the reservation at HW 281 Pharr, TX; nevertheless they made me go to Raymonville, TX to pickup my rental truck. I try to oppose because it was way to far but the Pharr office; impolitely the clerk responded that otherwise I had to leave and find another way to transport my furniture. I talked to the manager but had no other option than go pick it up. A friends took me in his car, so I payed for his service and gas $100.00 dollars on top of overall expenses.

They need to have another uhaul sign so you know what office to exactly enter.

This is the office that double charged me. Guess it's all trainees in this office, this district charged me &179.00 then charged me another $44.00 . I recorded all conversation's with U-Haul.

The customer service was outstanding. Getting the UHaul dropped off went by smooth and easy. Definitely the easiest part of the whole move.

Remind renters to call to verify the location will be open the day they are renting.

This location was very helpful in trying to make your company understand that my vehicle broke down in Raymondville and I was forced to leave it there. They tried very hard to make sure that I was not overcharged for a truck that I was unable to use.

This comment does not reflect on the pick up location, but the rental truck itself. The truck leaks in the rain and several boxes and items were water damaged, not just at the rear door, but in other areas inside the truck.

I can't think of an improvement. Everything was explained to me about daily rental fee, mileage, and tank fill up, so there were no surprises. The employees were very pleasant and helpful.
