Uhaul truck had broken lock on drivers side door and was advised to not use it as departure instructions which is concerning for the security of affects in the truck and security of it. Also the wipers were barely working due to needing to be replaced making it very difficult to see in the rain. Staff was friendly and prompt, however.

Sherry Athese guys were friendly, and fast! J'ai été très impressionné. They helped me hook up the dolly, helped troubleshoot an issue with my trailer lights, and got me on the road. I had a question on how to use the dolly, and they walked me through it. Dropping the dolly back off was similarly great. They helped me un-hook, and sent me on my way.

China PI had ordered some help from movers, who never contacted me and never showed up. I only had one large item to move and without movers I couldn't do anything, so this was a huge waste. The movers were Nice N EZ Movers. At the very least you need to stop listing movers on your website that do this kind of thing at all. But also I'm not too pleased with the fact that this rental was wasted and the people at this location weren't really able to do anything to help. I understand Uhaul probably has no official liability for things like this, but suffice it to say that because of this situation I'm probably not going to use Uhaul again.

GLENN MFor a truck with over 120K miles on it it wasn't too bad. The roll-up door padlock came damaged and was not workable. The key to the truck would unlock the passenger door but not the driver side. Both cabin doors where not easy to close and slamming them would put the side view mirrors out of adjustment. I didn't look very hard for it, but could not find a way to turn on the cargo compartment light. Other than that the truck was clean, ran well, and the radio and AC worked.
